We drove there from Banff, just a spectacular drive. Take the glacier tour it's worth your time. Wear layers and get ready for jaw dropping views. Be sure to have some sort of hiking shows that can grip the icy surface.

This is an amazing place. Unfortunately, we were there on a cold, blistery, rainy day in August and the rain was coming down in sheets while on the glacier. We got soaked. That didn't stop us (husband, me, kids 14, 12, 9) from appreciating where...More

This trip with a special vehicle was included in our tour group travel, so, we joint it. Afterwards we didn't found it very special. It's so touristy, loads of people, mainly old folks, rode uphill to the gletsjer, felt like an excursion from a cruiseship....More

I was a little sceptical about the price, but in the end, we'd come a long way, so may as well go on all the rides! We liked it. Mostly, due to the two guides, Sandra (a real character) and Samantha, both very informative and...More

Booked ahead the "Glacier Adventure" through Brewster Travel for the Glacier tour via the gigantic Truck/Bus that takes you out to walk, touch and stand on the ancient and 1,000 ft deep Anabasthca Glacier! A tip, we did the early morning trip at 9am and...More

Glaciers everywhere but oh man, $99 per person to go up in a bus to a penned in circle on the glacier. Then, you could spend $40 to go to a scenic overlook that should be free. Your best bet is to drive into the...More

I only bought the 30+CAN ticket to the skywalk and not the ticket to ride a bus on the glacier, which just seemed destructive. Note that it isn't a glacier skywalk -- there is no glacier below you. It is a "former-glacier" skywalk perhaps. There...More

Sorry, we didn't use an address or coordinates. You can't actually miss it, it's on the main highway 93 N approximately 2.5 hours north of Banff. Don't forget your sensible shoes!
