The renovations are almost finished and I like the changes that have been made. The air bag was shut when we visited and there is now just one fee for the day rather than an hourly fee (which there was before). The new batting cages were a welcome addition and the climbing wall looks like it will be great when it is open. The indoor play structure for smaller kids has been increased but my kids (9 and 11) felt they were a bit too old for it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Always worth calling ahead to check if anything isn't available to avoid disappointment.

We have been going to this park for quite a while and have been disappointed lately as the place has gone significantly downhill - it looks like they have stopped spending money on maintenance and there are always parts of the place closed. We also noticed a degradation in staff - they used to be engaged and active and now they slouch around and appear to be disinterested. We won't be back.

good clean family fun. smooth check in/waiver procedures. usual upsell on socks and arcade games, no outside food. as good as any indoor trampoline park with multiple areas to play (slides, pit, balance beam). can get busy and crowded.

Friendly staff. Very clean. There are unique features in separate areas such as basketball, dodgeball and the drop zone (kids swing out on a rope and drop on to a huge air bag).
