Not knowing who to attach this rating to. I chose City Hall. We stayed in St Albert, guests at Best Western Plus for 5 nights. One day, I took my disabled son (in a wheelchair full time) out for a walk. We headed out to walk to the Walmart on St Albert Trail. No signs posted
