This is a great spot to just be. Lots of rolling grass to walk around and explore. The water sites are trangqill in the mid evening as the lights are also a utter mouth dropper. So fancy and powerful to be there.
We spent quite a bit of time exploring City Hall and got a guide to all the art work on exhibit there. The mayor's chain of office was worth examining. It is on the second floor outside the mayor's office.
Nice to see people dancing away, skating away, and just having fun, listening to a live jazz band, and seeing the kids dance away. What a great event sponsored by the Art Council and City of Edmonton!!

It is great inside City Hall in the winter months they have a farmers market on Saturday's until 3:00PM it is excellent with fresh produce, pies and the best shepherds pie from Crafty Cooks well worth stopping in. Year round if you are visiting Edmonton...More
Nothing spectacular. After all, it is a City Hall. Nice wading pool near the entrance. And the tunes coming from the bell tower are a nice break from the city traffic. But it is not a "must see" venue.
