This mall has something for everyone, but. Especially for young children. On a cold winter day a visit to the watermark takes care of excess energy. The aquarium will keep a child busy exploring a different world.

Too much! Too noisy! Too busy! Too everything. Too many stores. I think less is more. On the plus side of you are a huge shopper, you will find whatever you need here.

If you're planning on shopping, then this is definitely the place. We spent two full days with teenagers and still didn't even cover half of the mall. So make your list of "must visit" stores and then wander between them, the days will fly by.

Best mall in Edmonton for diversity of stores to shop in and the number of attractions for kids/families. If you start on one end and do the top level, go back the opposite direction on the bottom level. The mall has been receiving some upgrades in decor, new stores, and modernizing. Christmas is my favourite time with the trees, snow... More

Despite the economy tanking, the mall just doubled the price of their annual pass!!! We were there last weekend, during the peak of the summer holidays, very quiet!! They even removed the family day package and only offer individual prices!!! So be ready to pay $180 for a family of 4 for EACH venue, so you could easily spend $400... More

The West Edmonton Mall requires time and lots of it. We tried to do it in a day and failed. Galaxyland is GREAT for kids. There are rides for all ages (even a roller coaster for the more adventurous w/ loops). Go early in the day because it gets busier in the afternoon. Stay at the Fantasyland Hotel in the... More

There are always new things to see in the mall. Changes to the waterpark, Pokemon Go, and so much more. Although I love the new sites, I strongly recommend taking extra water with you as the mall is dry. You can buy drinks there, but it gets expensive. Otherwise, always a delight. Recently I found out that breakfast and lunch... More

Indoor water parks, Indoor Aquarium, massively staged, was for a while THE WORLD'S LARGEST SHOPPING MALL! You will get tired if you shop 5 days in a row, and you still won't have seen everything!

Well it is the biggest mall in North America, and yes it's an amazing shopping experience and then some !!! It has everything you could possibly need in one place, all the shops we love, and then the hotel, the ice rink, crazy golf, and if you need to relax after all that, go to the water world and grab... Not for those who cannot walk far. Great attractions but not all were operating. Store staff were friendly.
