Long overdue praise for Ambassador Limousine Service! We had hired them back in 2018 on last minute notice so that my newborn son could come home from the hospital in style. Back on October 31, 2019 our daughter surprised us 2.5 months earlier and required a 96 day stay in the NICU. We knew immediately that our daughter could only go home in style as well. On extremely short notice we contacted Ambassador Limousine and Ace was super helpful in getting the ride organized for us. The company itself is extremely cautious when it comes to children and their safety, had we not had our own car seats they would have gladly provided us with the rental of some or an arrangement of some kind. This makes parents feel that extra comfort knowing the company goes above and beyond to ensure its clients' safety. On February 4, 2020 Jentry arrived at our home before schedule and was not only professional and courteous, but made our experience home an extremely pleasant one when our whole situation was an extremely difficult one from the start. Jentry went above and beyond to help us grab items from the NICU and load them in the limo. Both parents couldn't head up to the NICU as our son was also in the limo waiting enthralled with the experience. The limo was clean, stocked with water, perfect temperature and music playing. We definitely will be returning customers and will recommend this company to anyone and everyone that asks!!

It was the best way to surprise my husband with a day trip in a stretch limo to kananaskis for lunch on his 60th birthday. Much thanks to our driver who was extremely professional, prompt and friendly. I have already been singing the praises of Ambassador Limousine services to friends. The booking staff were equally wonderful. Loved the confirmation updates as the car was set to arrive. I will definitely use this company again.

I recently attended a brewery tour with Ambassador Limos as the transportation provider for the day, and the experience was fantastic. The vehicle was extremely clean and the staff was beyond courteous and a lot of fun. I'd recommend Ambassador Limos to anyone - and often do!

We hired Ambassador to transport a group between two airports. Two vans were needed but given the number of people, they recommended a third vehicle to help carry luggage. I called the morning of the pick up and said we would be ready a few minutes early and they said no problem, all vehicles would be there 10 minutes early. The first van showed up 5 minutes past the time of original pick up. That van was loaded and leaving by the time the second van arrived. And by the time the second van was loaded and leaving (with all luggage), the luggage van showed up and was not needed. Ambassador wouldn't reimburse for the van that was late and not needed (we would have used it if it was on time). Since we were on a schedule their late service also delayed our travel plans. I would not recommend using their service.

Our experience with Ambassador Limousine Services was excellent! The customer service was impeccable over the phone and the driver arrived on time. He was knowledgable about the city and routes to take, and was very accommodating to meet our needs. Thank you Sean and Ambassador, we will definitely look to book again.

We had Ambassador pick us up from the airport and take us home. The driver was there to greet us, helped us with our luggage and got us home safely.

Great service. Received a message from Ambassador during our brief layover in LAX, confirming all details. On arrival in Calgary there were two more updates when I switched the phone back on. Our driver, Lucyna, was brilliant. She answered our questions on the area and provided some ideas on our plans. A great start to our trip and I would use Ambassador again.

We scheduled 2 shuttles to take guests out to Cottonwood, 1 shuttle to bring home guests on a rotating basis and 1 limo to make 2 trips for groom and bride and everything went off without a hitch. The drivers were friendly and courteous and the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend Ambassador to anyone looking for limousine or shuttle services. Thanks for everything.
