I had a 90-minute massage with Anto yesterday. It was exactly what I needed for my lower back and rhomboid tightness.
They have over $150 worth of added on services such as hot stones, cupping and hot towel cleanse for free. Most places charge extra for these.
My therapist spent time developing treatment plan with me and after my massage spent time walking me through the aftercare and next treatment plan.
I was at another place and they include treating plan as part of my 90min massage time and started giving me after care during my massage time. My therapist at Exige gave me additional time for before and after massage.
I'm feeling 110% better today and was able to return to work and be physically active again.
Would definitely be coming back.

I was visiting Calgary for a few days and decided to try out this spa's second location in the Dragon Mall. Jessica was awesome and very attentive and gave a very relaxing massage. The place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and come back on my next visit to town! The only thing I would say is don't book Saturdays at 4pm - there is a karaoke bar upstairs at the Dragon Mall and the terrible singing is louder than the relaxing music being played.

We heard so much about this place and gave it a try. Everything was amazing.
It's situated in downtown Calgary, next to Crescent heights and a quick walk to Eau Claire and East Village. So easy to get to and park. (They reimburse your parking fee for the duration of your massage time with them. )
This is the only place I've ever encountered free services for hot stones, cuppings, aromatherapy and such. Most places charge additional $20-$35 more, but Exige offers them as bonuses to all massages.
Their massages are amazing. They had an extra therapist that was available between appointments, so they sent her in with our therapists and we not only had couples massage, but had 4 hand massages at no additional charge. That's amazing services from Exige and team.
So much more to write about this top notch massage spa, but really, you need to come and experience. We will definitely be back to try their foot massage and Traditional Thai massage too.

The extras are really a great add in to your massage, we remove the rick out of trying all the add on service's at no cost to you. This is something we feel all clients need to take advantage of to complete their self care time.
Our Jr therapist's love getting as much hands on experience as possible, so we appreciate you allowing them to join in and provide a 4 hand massage.

Still the best massage, service and experience imaginable. No need for this beautiful little spa to change because of COVID. I called down and learned they have always practiced the sanitization procedures now being enforced post COVID. The premises are pristine and the massage is heavenly. I cannot wait to go back. I would go every day if I could. I feel like a fresh new person after every single EXIGE experience. Traditionally I do not leave 5 star reviews, but in this case, there is simply no other review that would be appropriate. Still 5 star all the way!

I had a massage done by Phil and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable.
Phil was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage.

Grace exceeded my expectations. Went in for a 60 minute combination massage and thai massage. She was super sweet, professional and seriously just was amazing overall. She made sure pressure was just right and kept asking to make sure. Cannot wait to book again with Grace

I drove all the way from Lethbridge (2.5 hrs) to see Cynde. She was absolutely amazing! She is so professional and knowledgeable. Cynde provided above and beyond service and my back has never felt better. She combines massage techniques to give you a custom massage that will address your issues and ease tension, pains and strains. I will be driving back to Calgary to see her again. I’d also like to note that Jasmine was very helpful upon booking and processing paperwork etc. She even went out in the cold to flag me down after I missed the parking lot entrance. Jasmine is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!"

Thanks Exige for another amazing Masage.
Today I had a 1 hour with Phillip, he listened to my very specific issue (neck and head) and gave me a deep massage that relived my pain. Exige took my temperature was extremely friendly, the place was very clean. I felt very safe and will return very soon. It was quiet and very relaxing. Easy to find wear a mask into the building on main floor.

Anton was amazing. Very keen on the pain level while doing deep tissue on me. If anything felt a little too much he would adjust immediately. It was probably the best massage I've ever gotten.
I also love all the additional extra treatments on the menu like hot stones, cupping and facial. I couldn't believe that it was no additional charge for that.

I have went to a few massage therapists there over the past few years - currently Oyunbat Ziinaa. My teenage daughter (who had scoliosis pain) had Bessie Wang. No matter who you get, Exige Spa is amazing. Their therapists are very strong and work thoroughly on all my aches and pains caused by a stressful accounting career - particularly neck stiffness, headaches, leg cramps. I guarantee you will not find a place this good in Calgary.
