This Sanctuary is a gem. We go here often to have a picnic lunch and to have our Grandson's watch and see birds. Our youngest grandson had a chickadee land on his finger. He enjoyed that.

Great Visitors Centre, friendly and helpful staff. Budget time to stop, watch, take pictures. Saw chickadees up close and and hawks from afar. Very quiet and peaceful with the river nearby. Great place to take the whole family, young and old!
