We live in Edmonton and take "holidays" in Calgary once or twice per year. The science centre reciprocity program is fantastic and we spent seven hours at the Spark Centre today.....only possible because we have annual memberships at the Telus World Of Science in Edmonton, and are able to visit the Spark Centre for free! We thoroughly enjoyed all of... More

Stopped in with the whole family (4 kids all under 7 & 5 adults), admission was priced ok but, having to pay for parking on top, come on give me a break. We got tickets to see the dome show, it was about the solar system and was average. The seats are terrible, I have been to movie regular movie... More

I visit Telus Spark mostly on business but its very refreshing that every time I am there I see some new cool exhibits. Always thought the place is mostly design for kids but now I see that the facility is used for a lot of corporate events. We will definitely think about hosting our next event at Spark.

What a great way to spend a gloomy day! 2 adults, one 7 year old, one 6 year old! After 4 hours of fun and adventure, the kids were totally loving it! We would highly recommend Telus Spark!

Kids [under 7] had a great time with the hands on exhibits and the 2 teaching sessions [fire and sound ] that we attended. The cost is quite high for an average family and I believe that these centres should be more accessible for more then the elite. There is some shameless advertising by the industry but that is to... The experience was surprisingly unimpressive. We came with an 8, 9 and 11 year old. More suited to kids 8 and under. I agree with the previous review that it felt more like a high school science fair with a mix of craft-like tables. However, the outdoor playground was good and the theatre was excellent (The Milky Way). The commentator... More

An unsupervised mad house. It cost me $141.00 I expected to have more people teaching and explaining. Definitely not for the very young a disappointment. You really need to see how Sudbury science center does it. You could learn from them.

With grandkids and had "fun" keeping an eye on them. Lots to see and do. Some displays could use an update and repair. Kids loved all the things they could do. Food court wasn't well organized and staffed for the busy day. Example: ketchup dispenser was empty and staff couldn't find a replacement and then were to busy to care.... More

Adult night is fully of different activities for just the Adults to have fun. It is the visit Tuesday of every month! Enjoy a beverage while you learn about science with friends.
