This is an amazing attraction and very cool to see. My only issue with this attraction is the overzealous gestapo-Esque security that inhabit the Bow building ( head office of Encana and Cenovous energy and owned by H&R REIT ) of which this beautiful piece...More

All good art is an interactive experience to some degree and this work by Jaume Plensa is no exception. It is meant to be viewed from a distance as well close up. You can even walk inside the head which changes your perspective completely. I...More

Combined with the architecture of the Bow Building behind it, there are endless photo opportunities here (as you'll see if you search for the sculpture online). Take time to walk around it and see how it changes depending on your perspective.

I live in Calgary but never get tired of seeing this sculpture. If you visit, make sure you go inside for a different perspective.

It’s a very neat sculpture, worth stopping to take a picture. Or even grab lunch and sit by to enjoy!

Bring your wide angle lens and get up close. You can walk under it for some interesting pictures. Can be hard not to have someone else in your shot. My daughter decided to climb it despite me telling her not too. There is security so...More

While visiting the Calgary tower, we came across the Wonderland sculpture. It’s beautiful. We went at night when the sculpture was lit up. You can walk all the way around and through it. Great photo spot. The surrounding building is beautiful as well. This is...More

A fun place for photos, but there isn't much else to do in the way of sightseeing. The building is original, the sculpture very neat. If you're in the area, check out some of the shops along Chinatown!
