My international student group and I come here as it is easily accessible near C-train station. We find good stores and food options. It is a safe place to walk around. BAD experience at the Good Earth Coffeehouse in the crowfoot area- very rude service and they are not like before owners. We study at Starbucks inside the Chapters now and they are very kind. Overall nice plaza with cool stores

Parking is often a problem, especially around the theatre. Traffic is often backed up, especially around Tim Horton's. Train and bus options are better, but traffic poses problems for pedestrians, and there's no shelter like a proper enclosed mall would have.
