Nice hotel but expensive

It is near to the beautiful lake so you won't regret being there for sure. Quite expensive so if you have money go for it!

Fab Location : fab View - imagine waking up to a frozen lake you can walk on in winter. what fun :). the hotel itself needs no recomendation. its classy. the Chandilier, in particular in the main lobby caught my attention.

We called in here as part of our tour. So we walked through the lobbies, checked out the restaurants (got a photo of the lake out of the dining room window) and the gift shops. Wished we were staying a night - but our itinerary didn't allow. It all looked very nice and if we ever get back - a... More

The Fairmount hotel in Banff is much more spectacular than this property. This is newer and seems more sterile. No old charm. The view is pretty but certainly not worth their prices

This is one of those wonderful properties originally built by the Canadian Pacific Railway that has achieved iconic status. It is a large property but it is done in such a way that you never feel part of a crowd. The rooms are comfortable, and of course the lake view is to be preferred. Lake Louise isni't much of a... I haven't even left yet but felt the need to write a review. First, the place is absolutely beautiful. We have a room on club level facing the lake, and the view is spectacular. But, what has impressed me is the staff at the Fairmont. Absolutely first class: polite, accommodating, helpful, genuinely friendly, and so delightful. They have made the... More

The staff are so arrogant! They just don't care how you feel because their rooms are so easily book out . They treated me so impolite and rude! I really hate their staff ! I strongly recommend you not to stay at this hotel if you don't want anybody to ruin your holiday!

Very scenic, a must see if in the area. Hiking, kayaking, canoeing, photography, food and lodging all in the area. Very busy place year around but well worth the visit not too much like it. The Chateau is very pretty and lots to do.

What a gorgeous view and more food than you could possibly eat. Scones were particularly nice. Thoroughly enjoyable respite.

Professional friendly and welcoming staff made our spa visit over the top fun! It is very expensive. $500 for two hour treatments and a manicure. The steam bath was free but I had to wait 30 minutes for it to be heated up for me The men's change room needs a stool to allow patrons to be seated while changing... More
