Visited the chateau as staying in lake louise for skiing. An amazing hotel inside if not a bit like a concrete jungle on the outside. The foyer is amazing and the cafes and restaurants looked lovely with amazing lake views. Lots of shops to mill around and places to people watch. The ice bar was lovely and the lake is... More

When you stay at a Fairmont, you pay more, a simple fact of life. Our rooms were OK, fairly average for hotel rooms....but the service we received from every single staff member was exemplary. Every person went out of their way to ensure we felt well taken care of, from the email exchanges to arriving in person and speaking with... More

We loved our stay at the Fairmont Chateau LAKE Louise, wonderful surroundings, skiing, skating, snowshoeing... all so spectacular. One employee stood out Connor in the kids club was so good to our two little ones, they loved him and he even came by to play with them the next day at the pool. It was nice to know what our... My daughters and I spent a wonderful three hours at the chateau where we enjoyed the high tea and a look around the shops where we did a spot of Christmas shopping. We caught a taxi from the village and arranged to be picked up from the chateau when he dropped us off. I believe there is only one taxi... More

Stayed at the Fairmont and learned to snowboard in Banff. This place cannot be described...you have to see it to believe it.

This is a must stop if your passing through Lake Louise! The views are breathtaking. We were told that the tea house hike in the summer is amazing. Will have to come back in the summer months!

It is near to the beautiful lake so you won't regret being there for sure. Quite expensive so if you have money go for it!

We called in here as part of our tour. So we walked through the lobbies, checked out the restaurants (got a photo of the lake out of the dining room window) and the gift shops. Wished we were staying a night - but our itinerary didn't allow. It all looked very nice and if we ever get back - a... More
