We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The center is in the center of Banff and easy to find. Also enough parking. Other than info on Banff and surrounding area they do not have info on other places.

We talked to an onsite park ranger guide who directed us to some great activities for our one week stay in the area. He had brochures and websites for us to look at to help us get oriented to Banff. Very helpful!

Didn't really know where to go and hence visited this tourist info centre which has friendly staff providing advises on directions, where to get sightseeing tickets, must see sights as well as the public shuttle buses. A definite must visit place for tourists esp. here...More

Hi, Well, to answer your question, there is free street parking and several parking lots available, most are free of charge. I hope you enjoy your visit to Banff. It is an amazing, unforgettable place.
