Very busy and congested streets. Although the background scenery is great, it's hard to overlook the congestion. Very tough to find any parking downtown. You're better off parking a few blocks from downtown and walking. We went downtown a few times early on in out...More

We camped at Tunnel Mountain 1 and visited Banff Ave several times during our visit. Very scenic setting with lots of tourists. Our visits in the evening (7 PM or later) for dinner were very enjoyable and the crowds had thinned significantly compared to the...More

Another must see destination in Canada. Spectacular view of the mountains. Banff Ave is always busy, but there are so many shops and eateries, it is quite interesting.
