Dominique and Tyler were excellent guides they were funny and knowledgeable about the places we were going to see. Dominique suggested that we do the Lake Louise open air gondola ride and she was right. The views going up and down were awesome.

The entire experience was well beyond our expectations. We were advised perfectly about how to make the most of our day based on the sites we wanted to see. Our guide, James, was funny, informative and very helpful. Overall a great time!!

Everything!!! Tyler and Dominique were great. So glad we did Hop-On-Hop Off. They were both excellent tour guides. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Don’t forget Ron and Kim the drivers. Both super hood drivers as I drive a school bus for 18 years!!

It was an action packed day. The guides were great and very helpful. They helped you plan your day according to what you wanted to see and do. They use school buses so they are easy to spot when out and about during the day. They are not the most comfortable but they get the job done. They run on time throughout the day and you were able to get to all the sites Lake Louise that you want and get to the ones that are hard to get to. Keep up the good work.

Made our trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise perfect. The bus times gave us enough time to see and do what we wanted to without feeling rushed. The guides and drivers were phenomenal. Their knowledge of the area made the bus ride enjoyable. The 3 bear and 2 train sightings were a surprise bonus.
