4 Hour Scenic Ride

We had a wonder ride with our guide Melissa up to the plain of six glaciers. We could not possible have hiked up and the horses were very well behaved. A must do

I did a hike to the plain of six glaciers teahouse in Lake Louise today with a group of friends. On the way up we noticed the trail was COVERED in horse droppings. For about three quarters of the hike that's all you can smell and it's hard to avoid stepping in. It's disgusting that the horses don't have anything... More

We made a mistake after booking the 3:00pm ride, thinking it was at 3:0pm and so when we arrived at 3:10 the ride had already left. However, one member of staff ran to get another guide who took us on a private ride of our own, which we really appreciated! I had a lot of experience riding English but was... More

My guide was Austin. He was awesome and his relaxed manner put me at ease. I don't have much horse experience though I've always loved them. He had fascinating stories about a wide range of topics. A difficult situation arose when another trail ride group encountered us on a narrow path. It took some doing but Austin was in control... More

We set up our sleigh ride leaving the Chateau Lake Louise hotel months in advance. there were 2 of us with the company on speaker phone. We each took our own notes from the phone call. We both wrote down that we were to meet them at the sleigh ride reception counter inside the hotel. We got to the hotel... More

This is a review for Brewster Adventures horseback tours which are offered at the Fairmont. You don't need to be staying there to use them. Take a horseback tour with Lonnie up to Lake Agnes. He is so friendly and so good with the horses. We were total horseback riding novices, and he made us totally comfortable. We had a... More

We did the ride up the the tea house. It was a good day and the horses are great. The staff was outstanding. We had Lonny and Jemma as our guides. Not sure I would want to do this on a rainy day.

Loved my horseback ride along Lake Louise. It was a miserable rainy day and by the end of the 2hr ride I was drenched to the core. My horse Peepsie was gentle and carefree...our guide who was an Aussie - was fantastic. I'll hopefully be back and do another trail this time without the rain. It was quite muddy and... More

Not many people think of booking Brewster's Tours. The company was the first to start sightseeing in the Rockies. Their fares are great. There are two different choices but the one I chose included accommodation at the Fairmont Hotels. If you join their free Presidential Club before departure and give the reservation clerk your number, you may get an upgrade... More

What could have been a very bad experience turned into an amazing one and I have to say the reason is Nate. We had purchased this prior to not have any issues only to get there and find out our reservation was not there. There was a lot of uncomfortable staring at one another as no one seemed like they...
