We set up our sleigh ride leaving the Chateau Lake Louise hotel months in advance. there were 2 of us with the company on speaker phone. We each took our own notes from the phone call. We both wrote down that we were to meet them at the sleigh ride reception counter inside the hotel. We got to the hotel... More

This is a review for Brewster Adventures horseback tours which are offered at the Fairmont. You don't need to be staying there to use them. Take a horseback tour with Lonnie up to Lake Agnes. He is so friendly and so good with the horses. We were total horseback riding novices, and he made us totally comfortable. We had a... More

We did the ride up the the tea house. It was a good day and the horses are great. The staff was outstanding. We had Lonny and Jemma as our guides. Not sure I would want to do this on a rainy day.

Loved my horseback ride along Lake Louise. It was a miserable rainy day and by the end of the 2hr ride I was drenched to the core. My horse Peepsie was gentle and carefree...our guide who was an Aussie - was fantastic. I'll hopefully be back and do another trail this time without the rain. It was quite muddy and... More

Not many people think of booking Brewster's Tours. The company was the first to start sightseeing in the Rockies. Their fares are great. There are two different choices but the one I chose included accommodation at the Fairmont Hotels. If you join their free Presidential Club before departure and give the reservation clerk your number, you may get an upgrade... More

What could have been a very bad experience turned into an amazing one and I have to say the reason is Nate. We had purchased this prior to not have any issues only to get there and find out our reservation was not there. There was a lot of uncomfortable staring at one another as no one seemed like they... My wife and I took the 3 hour (half day) ride to the Lake Agnes Tea House. After reading the other reviews, I wish we had taken the loop trail. Some of my comments will be about the trail (which Brewster can't control), while others are about thier ride. Our ride to the Tea House was up a steep incline... More

My wife, nine-year-old daughter, and I went on the Lake Louise loop today. The weather was great and the scenery spectacular. Parking can be a little bit of an issue so plan on arriving early and circling until a spot becomes available. If you are arriving in the afternoon you may want to park offsite and shuttle in. The staff... More

Had a wonderful adventure to the tea house at lake Agnes guided by Mira. Definitely a highlight of our ten days in Canada. My horse was the best of any of these trail ride creatures. His name was Freckles and he was smooth and steady. A great way to see the mountains. Even if you are not on Freckles 😀.... More

We took the 2 hour Lakehead Tour that lead to the back end of Lake Louise. The 3 of us in our group were all first-time riders. Mira, our guide, did a great job of giving us kind direction along the way. We had a man from Brazil in our group who rides horses back home and thought he knew... More
