We travelled with Brewster Travel to this wondrous place . It really is a Natural wonder and well worth a visit . The only thing that saddened me is that this place is deteriorating and melting away and just may not be there for future generations to appreciate .

Icefields Parkway it's very awesome experience for winter time... you can do Snow Coach and walk on glacier its might look like nothing up there but surely for best experience on the top with Canada flag or your country flag that once you been there. Best place shouldn't miss for Banff National Park.

This must be one of the most scenic roads in the world. When we travelled along it we experienced all sorts of weather from bright sunshine, to thick mist and to a full-scale blizzard. All of this just made the whole experience that much more exciting. The views on either side of the road are stunning over its whole distance.... More

This is often rated one of the most scenic drives in the world and it is certainly one of the most scenic we've ever taken. Gorgeous mountains around every turn, many with glaciers. More signage especially some indicating how quickly these glaciers are retreating because of climate change would be welcome.

We thought Glacier NP was beautiful - until we got here. Every turn has a more spectacular view. Although we saw no wildlife, warnings were all over so I guess we just weren't lucky.

I hate driving and do everything possible to get out of it normally. When we travel, I like to be near subways, transit, walking distance, etc. So I wasn't sure how I would feel renting a car in Calgary. But I'll tell you what, I actually looked FORWARD to the daily drive on this trip to Banff, and near the... More

As you drive the parkway, the views simply get better and better. Make sure to stop for the main sights as you go. The Gypsy App is especially useful. If you can, avoid the midway stop (for anything other than gas) which is overpriced and decidedly unattractive.

Wow, a truly unbelievable drive. Mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, wildlife. Take your time and take it all in. There are virtually no services other than bathrooms for long stretches, and no gas at all for at least 100km, so gas up before you leave Banff/Lake Louise or Jasper.

This scenic drive was recommended by friends and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Best way is to have accommodations on either end so you can enjoy a leisurely day driving the entire road. The icefield is fascinating, and the waterfalls at the northern end of the drive are spectacular. You can take as many or as few side trips along the... More

Amazing! This ranks right up there with the Swiss Alps, which we visited several years ago. This is a spectacular drive where you constantly are pulling over to take photo after photo! We visited just after Labor Day, and the main attraction along the route such as the Columbia Icefield was still crowded. But, this drive is not to be... More
