We first visited Lake Louise itself but the car park was overflowing so as my husband is a skier we thought we'd take a look at the ski resort and come back later to the actual lake! We were still looking for bears and wildlife at this point but once again saw nothing! However, we used the open chairlift up... More

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this venue was for my husband and I. We decided on the Sirzmark lounge as it was a smaller wedding, about 50 guests. We are regular season pass holders at Lake Louise and absolutely love the atmosphere, scenery, and staff here. Adrian our wedding coordinator with the Lake Louise Ski resort was... More

As part of our escorted tour of this part of Canada a lunch and gondola ride were included. The buffet lunch was really good, plenty of choice and plenty to go round, we were able to go up as many times as we liked and we were not the only tour group. After lunch we walked across to take our... More

Hikes offered from the Interpretive Centre at Lake Louise Ski Hill are well worth it. We hiked with our guide Hanife, The Trail of the Larches (Trail of 7 Wonders). A moderate hike with some steep sections and spectacular views of the mountains and Ptarmigan Valley. Larches starting to turn provided a beautiful contrast to the autumn colors of the... More

Our daughter and her Fiance got married at the Ski Hill this past Saturday on August 20/2106, and we cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service we received from Adrian, the Banquet Services Manager and his team of employees. Everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right for our daughter's big... More

We just held our wedding at the Whitehorn Lodge Balcony and Reception in the Sitzmark Room down in the Lodge. The Gondola Ride is so peaceful and the views are amazing! Although we didn't see a grizzly on the Gondola, we did see two grizzlies the night before up the mountain from the Lodge! The Whitehorn Lodge Balcony... All I... More

We were a group of seven keenly interested in the quest to have a Grizzly experience. The ads looked like this would be the place. We drove on up, paid the $130 ( 7 people) for the gondola ride and prepared for adventure. The ride up was beautiful, but lacked any wildlife of interest. To be honest, we did see... More

We received a tip to take the gondola at the ski resort across from Lake Louise and thrilled we did. Apparently this is a happy place for Grizzly Bear and we did see one - thankfully from far above in the gondola. There are a few hiking paths once on top and amazing views of course back to the lake... More

The view was amazing from the top , but out gondola actually got stuck for 10 minutes about 5,000 feet up the mountain, that was nerve wracking, but the restuaraunt at the top was one of the best experiences we've ever had

In summer take the gondola ride to the top. The view is amazing. Saw a grizzly bear grazing below the lift. We worth the time.
