We had cheese from this place at our hotel and it’s fantastic. The shop was packed when we visited, a good sign if the locals flock here for their cheese. Plenty on offer in the shop with lots of local products.

A great location but, especially, a great reputation among locals. We were served their products at a couple of locations and it's mouth-watering stuff.

Great visit and very educational. We were lucky to see how they make the 40 kg Comte cheese.
Following by their short movie about them and the cheese making process. Amazing.
Of course, it got better after we bought some types of their excellent cheese.

I visited this cheese factory over the past 30 years and it has grown from a small farm from his father to what it is today ! Amazing to see the passion of a man who took over from his dad! 400 litres of milk to make one cheese call :Comté which weighs about 14 kg! It is aged up to 24 month. They make other type of cheeses of course! They use local milk from 10 farms around the area. Some have 10 cows and some 120 cows! Amazing 365 days a year business! Cows don't stop making milk!!! Worth a visit and buying a few products.

If you want to learn how to make the jura cheese, go visit. If you want to see how the cheese is made, you need to visit early in the morning since it's when they receive the milk from the farm. Go straight to the balcony to see the employee and then watch the movie. Make sure you ask question. The staff is very nice.
