This is a great place to learn about the history in the area. This was a rip roaring mining town 120 years ago with its own smelter. Nothing like the sleepy little town you see today!

Worth a stop in the self-described Canada's Smallest City. While in the area to investigate mining history, we found the displays well done and the staff knowledgable about townspeople to contact for more info.
