After reading the other reviews I chose this company and they certainly lived up to their reputation. Mary is fast and follows through quickly and has great suggestions.
I emailed late at night and Mary responded early the following morning. I paid securely online using stripe for my tour and was on my way to see the waterfall with an excellent guide called Miguel. He was a great teacher and gave a mini lesson in the parking lot on how to operate the vehicle and after that I followed him out.
The scenery was amazing both on the beach and in the arroyo. When we got to the part where there were shallow streams it was just wonderful and like being in a movie. Finally at the end we stopped and walked a few minutes to see the waterfall.
After the tour ended with a lunch downtown I was satisfied but also pretty tired and changed my mind on the duration of the vehicle rental which I had earlied rented for a full day and emailed Mary to see if I could shorten it down to a half day and Mary promptly issued a credit.
I really appreciate her integrity as well as the fast responses. Also the quality of the vehicles, they were shiny and brand new, and the friendliness of Miguel the excellent guide.

We had a wonderful ATV trip with Miguel. We decided to just ride along the beach, which was perfect for our plans for our day trip to Los Barriles. Miguel took us to the most beautiful beach, Punta Pescadero, where we snorkeled and relaxed for a while and then rode back to town. We appreciate that Miguel worked with us to plan the trip around what worked best for us, and the waterfall/cañón de la zorra would have been too long for us that day, but sounds like an amazing trip. My suggestion is to listen to what the guides say is best for you, including which ATV/UTV is best for the circumstances, what to wear, how long of a trip depending on the weather, etc. They know what they are talking about and what is best for their clients!

Rented 2 quads here again for our vacation and service was fabulous.
Got upgraded to larger quad for riding double which was nice however it didn’t do well in water. ( waterfall ride ,Not the ocean)They were quick to give us different machine that worked great.
Needed a quick service call for low tire pressure and that was only a 10 minute time out from riding.
Delivery and pickup at condo were timely.
Thank you Mary & Edger for another wonderful year.

AMAZING TOUR!! We had a beautiful quad ride through the sand canyon, swam at Canyon del zorro, ate some of the best tacos I’ve ever had for lunch, and then traveled back on our quads. Our tour was about 6 hours long and we were able to see SO many beautiful things. This is definitely a must do if you are visiting the area! Miguel got us set up with our quads and was very kind and accommodating. Our tour guide was Carlos and he was so amazing and he made sure we had a perfect day! The quads were in excellent condition and I am so thankful we found quad girl!!

This could not have been easier or better, our experience was just perfect. The vehicle was in great shape, we took it up the coast for an hour had a killer lunch at Punta Pedcadero Hotel, cruised along the beach for some dips and to cool off. Edgar made sure we were all set, gave us an umbrella to use and a cooler and off we went. See u next year for sure Edgar, thanks!

Awesome bikes, awesome people, lifetime memories. The team at Quadgirl will take care of you from start to finish. We’ve rented from them several years in a row and have brought many different friends over the years, everyone always says the same thing…1) that they want to do it again and 2) that it’s a highlight of their trip. I can’t recommend this team of wonderful people enough.

Highly recommend taking a tour! Our tour guide was excellent and picked up quickly on our riding abilities. He showed us an amazing time in Baja we would not have seen otherwise. We ripped through desert trails to a Waterfall Oasis, followed by a local lunch in Santiago, and then more ATV fun in the desert. The guide, Joseph (if I recall), was attentive, funny, and an all around great tour guide. Quadgirls was easy to book and their customer service was excellent! Don’t think about it any longer… book a tour.

Many great experiences renting from Quadgirl! We’ve rented many different machines, multiple times over the last few years. The machines have always been in great shape, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easy communication from reserving to picking up to drop off, they will even deliver and pickup if needed. Can’t recommend them enough! * pictures from last 2 trips, different UTVs.

We decided to rent a quad for our week long adventure in Los Barriles. After contacting most of the local quad rental businesses in the area, only two responded. QuadGirl not only responded promptly, but offered the best deal. The quad was delivered to our condo with a full tank and picked up at the end of our trip. The quad was basically brand new, beautifully maintained and we had no issues as we explored the areas around Los Barriles. I highly recommend Quadgirl and will certainly rent from them again!

Had my wife down to East Cape with me for her 1st time, my 20 something. Rented a quad on 2 different days to show her around the scenic areas and deserted beaches of that area. She really enjoyed shell/rock collecting and the clear warm water. Quad was newer model that was delivered to our hotel. Eric went over operation thoroughly and we were off. Quad worked great and each day we used most of the 8 hr rental exploring.

Hi Quadgirl, We are interested in renting an RTV/Quad during our visit to Los Barriles and would like to know your rates? We would like to Quad leasurely along the beach. There are RTV's that hold two people, right? Thanks.
