We booked the dolphin encounter through our resort. There are 3 tiers and we had the lowest tier. Even that was super fun and great for our younger kids (8 being the youngest). As it was low season, the water park was virtually empty. Unlike...More

(Sept 2018) Good idea for a day out, put disappointed upon arrival. Found the pools ridiculously filthy, filled with feathers and dead bugs. The park only consisted of 8 slides and a very small children's area despite how it was advertised on leaflets. I found...More

Went in September 2018, first thing we noticed was that the pools were very unclean, lots of bugs, debris and even feathers in them. The park was also very old. The leaflets/flyers make the park look very modern and bright but when we arrived the...More

Truly recommend the Royal Swim! What an amazing opportunity to have the ability to swim, touch and learn about dolphins. We were extremely pleased with the service and will never forget this incredible experience.

Aquaventuras Park - Pre book or wait? (4 Replies)
I usually never pre book anything except Vegas shows but the GF is dying to swim with the Dolphins. Usually its cheaper to get it there but I know nothing about Aquaventuras Park. If we miss out I may be swimming with the dolphins permanently. Is there a need to reserve with them or just show up?

I was wondering if anybody knew how much it costs to get into this park? Is it worth it? AND does anybody know how much it cost to take a taxi from the Marina area to this Aquaventuras Park? Thank you so much for your help!!

The entry fee is $25 US per person for adults, $19 US for children 4-11. The $99 mentioned in the above post is the cost to participate in the dolphin swim program.

Has anybody been to this waterpark with the Dolphin swim programs. Looking to book excursions before we travel just want to know what sites can be trusted and which are legitimate. Thanks in advance
