Allow me to describe this to you: A very large, tall truck, that you climb a ladder into, will drive you up within 30 feet of the trail leading to the crest where the first run is. Ropes are attached to the rocks to hold onto in order to negotiate this short path. The very first platform is the only one that takes a little effort with and there is a person to help every inch of the way. After that, you will zip from platform to platform and you will be clipped in "on belay" for safety. I hope this helps.
