Learned my lesson here. Always always book through your hotel. We arrived at the airport and no one showed up to get us. We wandered around outside until a man, who was driving a shuttle to our hotel in Tulum (the shuttle we should have booked), happened to ask who we were waiting for. I told him NAST and I also told him that i had sent 10 text messages and tried to call but no one was answering. He then tried to call from his phone saying he was Rupert, the owner's, friend. While this was going on I could see, using the What's App app that Rupert was getting my messages. His status was "on-line" but he wasn't responding. Finally another man showed up, this after 45 minutes, and said he could take us because Rupert couldn't make it. The driver was very nice but his "taxi" was rather old and beat up. We honestly were just relieved anyone was going to take us to the hotel at that point. Rupert later apologized and said he was in the hospital and couldn't take his phone in. I told him I could see he was on his phone and that he had picked up when the other guy called. He stopped responding. He was supposed to take us back to the airport the following week but we had no faith he would show. He first said he would refund my money, then said he had refund my money, and then said to dispute it with my credit card because the Bank of Mexico doesn't like processing refunds. Please save yourself from panic and from wasting your time and book through your hotel.

DO NOT USE this company. The lady at the airport holds two signs and the NAST sign points away. You will only see it when you walk all the way through and then go back to the terminal.
Second, the company did not pick us up the morning we were returning to the airport. When I called the phone number it went to voicemail. The second time a lady answered and hung up on me. All other calls were sent to voicemail. DO NOT USE.

We were staying at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya hotel. On the day of checkout, we received an email that our flight had been delayed for three hours. Our original, booked transportation was unable to make a change to our reservation and said that we would need to be there at the originally scheduled time. We wanted to spend more time at the resort and last time at the airport, so, I looked into a variety of other companies for another option. I ended up booking with NAST. They had great communication through WhatsApp, great prices, and, they showed up exactly as planned. I would definitely use their services again.

Never again. I’ve used this service more than 15 times What used to be reliable is now just clueless, leaving us waiting for an hour at the airport till they figured out what to do. A waste of an afternoon: they are over extended, over booked snd have new staff. Find another company . There are plenty.

If an excellent service for transport in Yucatan had a name it would be this one. The communication with the owner was top notch, all drivers I interacted with were super nice and professional. Everything was on time and it was as stress-free as possible. Very happy with NAST and I will surely return when I'm back in Cancun.
For reference, my trip included three legs: airport to a nearby hotel in cancun, the same hotel to tulum hotel, another hotel in tulum back to the airport.

We used to use other transfer companies to get us from the airport to our resort but then was recommended NAST. The price is what convinced us. Only $110.00 roundtrip for 2 of us to our resort in Akumal! The others were at least $20-35.00 more. Great service, nice clean vans, out of the airport within 10 minutes of walking out of the terminal door! Had cold water in an ice chest if we wanted. Driver was right on time to the resort for our pickup back to the airport. We will be using NAST from now on on all of our future trips! Why pay more money???

They were pleasant and very patient with us. We came to Mexico and on the first day we needed to make different stops before going to our villa and they really accommodated us well. They didn’t get upset that we took long or anything like that. I was impressed. The drivers are very professional and on time. They pick you up at anytime u need them. Will definitely be using them again.

I emailed NAST to transport my large wedding guests to a private charter. Rupert the owner offered amazing worry free service. I told him what I needed and right away he gave me a great quote. Rupert and his crew were there ready to transport us back and forth. I'd highly recommend him for a large or small group.

NAST provided excellent transfer service for us to and from the Cancun airport. The vans were clean and cool, and the drivers were polite, professional and right on time. We had already booked a tour through a different company to Coba and Ek Balem, but it would have been less expensive to go with NAST. I would definitely use this company in the future. I booked service through the website. Choose condo/house if you are not staying in a hotel and it will let you put in your particular property.

Went to Puerto Aventura in April 19. had the best 2 weeks ever with my family. The hotel was great the harbour is a nice relief from the all inclusive hotel, with lovely resturants to eat and have a drink in . added bonus is the dolphins, manatees and sea lions, Swim with these it is a must, never smiled so much in my life XX

They meet you outside the airport after you pick up your bags. They have a sign with your name or the name of the company. They wear brown shirts with the company logo.

Is the NAST website working for anybody? I've tried all day today. I can fill out all the information that is needed. Agree to their terms and conditions. Click the BOOK NOW! button. It goes to a "wait a moment please" and never does anything!! Ahhh

We are looking at booking a rountrip transfer from CUN to Puerto Adventuras area and I was curious if driver is allowed/able to make a quick grocery stop on way to condo rental when arriving?

I'm sure it won't be a problem. they get requests like this all the time. I paid to the operator at the airport once we were in the vehicle and they should provide you with a receipt and a voucher for your return pick up.

Hello;
I'm trying to book a week at the resort and would like to reserve a Swim out room at the Castle; however for some reason, I cannot find any room with "swim out specifications". All I'm getting for the getting is either a JR suite castle or a honeymoon castle suite.
I tried changing dates to see if Swim out rooms were sold out, but still can't find any rooms with that description.
Is there any other way to book a swim out suite or do I have to do it once I get to the resort? thank you!
