We visited Dolphinaris Riviera Maya on our honeymoon and had pre-booked the dolphin trainer for a day package in the UK for a fantastic rate. The day was fantastic and included lots of time in the water interacting with the dolphins, we also enjoyed learning about the dolphins and lunch as part of our package. The trainers were really friendly... More

I broke my thumb on vacation before I got to Dolphinaris and couldn't participate, but they let me participate to the level that was still safe for the dolphins and, as transportation was included, they got me a ride back to the hotel TWO HOURS earlier than scheduled so I didn't have to sit around waiting for my friends. I... More

90 minutes option was a bit too long...suggest 60 minutes. It was a cloudy and cool day with 30 minutes "in pool" sessions and then with 30 minute breaks. Getting warm was nice, but getting back into the cool water was always a shock....right guys!

We booked this trip online before we went to Mexico. The website offered a discount of 70% to travellers from the UK and so at US$35 each it almost felt like a scam. The package price included a punctual taxi transfer to and from our hotel which alone should have cost more than that. (Don't forget to take a tip... More

My 7 year-old and I had a wonderful experience learning about the dolphins and interacting! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and positive - considering it was a colder overcast day. The onsite restaurant was delicious.

We went there expecting great things but we were sorely disappointed. The staff seem very professional but there was very little actual interaction with the dolphins. Stand here, stand there, do not touch. We had a much more rewarding experience in Excaret.

My husband and I are so glad we spent a day here! The trainers were friendly and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE- it's obvious they love what they do and love the Dolphins. We particularly enjoyed the behind the scenes tour. Really impressive the amount of tracking they do for each dolphin!! Great place and awe-inspiring experience.

This is not 1/2 the experience you will get if you carry on 10 min down the highway to Puerto Aventuras.

The place offers various types of experiences with dolphins, we came with 2 kids (2&4), we had the entry level type that is a shallow water pool with the dolphin swimming along you and interact through an instructor. The place is a bit pricey, for a party of 4 we paid over 500$ with the pictures cd
