We visited with our adult children and especially enjoyed the underground river tour. Oscar was a super guide! Came back the next day on same ticket and swam in the cenotes - all of them beautiful in a different way. Was nice to have our snorkeling gear with us. A bit pricey but nice facilities -- lockers, life jackets etc

When you search on web, they offer to buy it with a "discount", but they charge you with an exchange rate that is 12$ when the official is 17$. We were unsure if we would be on time to the guided tour, so went decided to pay there. Two things happened: first the tours start when there is enough people,... More

We visited Kantun Chi the recommendation of the excursion director at ABBWR. The tour of the underground river was amazing. Our guide Miquel was excellent. As part of the tour, we also got to swim in cenote #5 which is not normally open to the public. Very beautiful setting, wonderful people and excellent lunch. The only negative was the road... More

We had such a fun afternoon at Kantun chi. We showed up at around 2:45 in time to catch the last underground cave tour @3pm which was US$59 per person. Swimming in cenotes underground and making our way through small caves filled with stalagmites and stalactites was amazing. After the tour we were able to freely check out the 4... More

Would definitely recommend this tour. Lots of variety. Our Guide was very informative. After the tour we were able to go back and spend time at any of the Cenotes to swim and explore.

You will find thousands of Cenotes around Cancun, but this one has 4 of them together and a under river exploring for $60 USD. Don't use sunblock are perfumes, we must help to save the environment. Go to the Cenotes number 3, is the best for pictures and swimming with friends and couples.

Our group of girls rented a car in Playa del Carmen and landed at Kantun-Chi by mistake. We couldn't find the cenotes recommended by the hotel staff. Although the guided underground river seemed a little expensive it was worth spending the time. You have to go with a guide to go underground but the open cenotes are available without a... More

We went at 9am. Walked to cenote 4 and had it all to ourselves. It was the nicest one for sure. Cenote 1 was closed for repairs, so we only got to do three, but with young kids we were ready to go.

We had visited another cenote in the area, Blue Cenote and very much enjoyed that one. But after seeing their marketing I choose to go to this one. We were told of a few packages, we choose the basic package for $45 CA that included 3 cenotes, We had my mother with us, she is 75 with some mobility issues,... More

We kind of stumbled upon this place yesterday afternoon driving back from Tulum to Playa del Carmen. (We were intending to visit one of the several cenotes by there, and decided to pull in to check this one out). The grounds are lovely. They have 5 cenotes on the property, plus an underground river. We chose the basic entry fee... More
