It is a beautiful historical gurudwara at Chungthang and a must visit place. This is the point where it intersect the way to lachen and lachung. Anyone can visit the Gurudwara and refresh themselves with free tea and food (Langar). Guru Nanak dev ji visited this place while coming back from Tibbet during their 4th Udasi (Yatra). This place was a barren land. People of this village requested Guru Nanak to do something for the people of this village as there is no food to eat. Guru Nanak threw a hand full of paddy in that place. Now chungthang is the only place in surrounding areas where paddy grows. There is a "Bhai Ji" available at Gurudwara who can explain the whole history of the Gurudwara in details.

Visited this holy place of Sikh religion, which is famous for visit of Guru Nanak Dev ji around 1516 AD, while travelling back from Tibet side. He helped locals grow crops in this area by throwing seeds, he was carrying with him.

This Gurudwara also has a good Sarai or guest house, having several rooms, for pilgrims visiting this place or going ahead upto Gurudongmar Lake.
