The beach is big and nice hard sand to walk on and make sandcastles. Market at the pier is very cool, but zihua is cheaper for everything thats there if you are already going. The croc pen is awesome to see as well.

Flea market, parasailing, restaurants. If you go fishing you can bring in your own and they will prepare in front of your eyes. Also a natural habitat for crocodiles and iguanas and tropical birds in a fenced area.

For a public beach it exceeded my expectation. Very clean and safe, for the most part off of the beaches in the ixtapa area were clean and safe during the daylight. I would recommend ixtapa beaches hotels and restaurants for a family trip.

One of the longest beaches around. Lots of things to do with the family and very clean. Can be busy on weekends and Mexican Holidays

A great way to get to Playa Linda is to rent a bike and ride the trail through a nature reserve. A great 8km ride that ends at A nice beach.

We took a local bus to this beach a few times (14 pesos or $1.00 Cdn). We sat at Puesto del Sol Restaurant, and Chulos and Leo were our waiters. We enjoyed walking on the beach, watching a fisherman, pelicans, parasailing, etc. Near the entrance...More

Plenty of crocodiles, turtles and birds to admire. Four stars due to the fact it’s painful to see animals in enclosed spaces. Also, you are able to take a short stroll to the boardwalk and back.

This was a quick walk from Club Med. The men who welcome the sun each day, twirling and playing music on a huge pole in the center of the village were amazing!

As many of the Mexican beach experiences, there are a bevy of restaurants to choose from offering lounge and table seating and some had hammock availability in the shadier inland sections. We chose the Club Paradiso toward the end of the beach. The water was...More

Stayed at Club Med; LOVED the beach. Soft sand, blowing palm trees, small waves (but enough that you could play in them).

We stayed at Club Med. Best guess is 1.5 miles onthe road. Cannot walk on beach all the way. Cheap cab ride too like $5 USA. But frankly, we didn’t find anything appealing about this beach. Club Med’s beach is way nicer!
