Well, I went here with friends to relieve stress. Then on this Nusa Penida Tour what I liked was being able to snorkel safely. Really super clean and clear sea water. You can enjoy seeing colorful small fish, turtles and others as much as you like. The facilities are very complete and well serviced. The view is extraordinary, very good, I really like it, my girlfriend really likes the beach which is very clear, she is very happy when snorkeling and can see beautiful small fish under the sea there, the facilities there are very complete, the guides/crew there are very friendly and kind very good I really like that about them

The whole trip was amazing, including the drivers from the hotel to port and the drivers on the island. They will even help you to take lots of pictures and videos 😂😂

*SCAM ALERT*
It is a scam, no one showed up or contacted us. $180 was charged for a whole day trip. We tried contacting the tour operator from our local number from the previous day, but there was no response. The instructions said we would be picked up by 6am from our hotel. With hopes that the operator might come in the morning we got scammed so badly early in the morning. When asked around about the operator and company, no such company even existed was what we heard.
With NO REFUNDS, we had to pay up for everything. And there is no proper customer care which can address this problem.
