Our group of five used this company three times, for a tour of Mexico City, a trip to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, and again as transportation to the airport in Mexico City. All were excellent. The guides were well informed and we had door to door service. Susana Aguilar was our guide in Mexico City and she treated us to a visit to a bar so we could sample pulque a local beverage made from an agave plant. She also gave us tips on where to shop! I'd definitely use them again!

4 Great Days being Pampered by Susana

Spending four days touring with Susana was a true treat. First, she really opened our eyes to the Puebla as an amazing city and state. Hearing the amazing tales of the Pasaje Historico del 5 de Mayo, exploring the pyramid in Cholula, to one fascinating museum and church after another, we were completely enthralled. She brought context and made sure we were connected with the right people throughout our trip. We would highly recommend spending one or more days with Susana to really get to know this region.

Best Day In Mexico!
I recently took a customized version of the Puebla Secrets tour from Unlimited with my brother and sister, and we had the most amazing day. Our tour was led (in perfect English) by Suzie, a Puebla native whose knowledge of the city and Mexico’s history was extensive. Because we came in from Mexico City for only one day, we wanted to maximize the amount of things we could see and eat in a very short time. Unlimited made that possible, from the timely pickup and drop off at the bus station, to seeing every major site in the city, without us feeling the slightest bit rushed. I plan on returning to the city and state of Puebla soon and taking some more tours with Unlimited!

Fantastic, best tour guide ever!

David was the best tour guide we have ever had. A tourism student, he had a solid and detailed understanding of the history, culture and facts of the Aztecs and their conquest. He also had extensive history and interpretation of the 3 churches that we visited. We went on a Sunday when there was an artisanal market at the bottom of the Pyramid. David helped us explaining and trying some of the foods and drinks. When heading to the last 2 churches we stopped and tasted cheeses and Mezcal and other local liquors. Highly recommend this tour. Note that he goes at your own pace and is not rushed to end the tour so that you could end significantly later than planned.

Unlimited Puebla made my experience truly unforgettable. Given how little time I had in Puebla, I cannot believe how much I was able to learn, see, and of course - TASTE! Special shout out to Suzie; her expertise and enthusiasm made me feel like I was back in 1862, the Baroque period, and early colonial life all at the same time. Travel is made easy when you have a guide that loves what they do, this was no exception. Thank you again!

Unique and unforgettable

This was a unique and unforgettable experience. Our guides were very friendly and helpful. Although we found the altitude hard work, the view of Popo at our first highest point, made the effort well worthwhile.

Amazing volcano hike in Itza-Pop National Park
Wonderful hike with Ariel at Itza-Pop National Park. Communication was amazing before the trip, he was on time for pick-up, he explained everything well, we felt safe and he made it an all-round enjoyable experience. The views we’re incredible on the hike, perfect way to experience nature near Puebla. I’d definitely recommend!

Amazing private tours
We used Unlimited for 3 different tours and airport pick-up from CDMX. First, the pick-up was easy and punctual. The food tour and 2 custom private tours were fabulous. Susana was our guide on all 3 and can't say enough good things about her; informative, prepared, friendly, passionate about the topic, flexible, etc. Highly recommend!

Very Professional!
I enjoyed my Cholula Tour with Susana and Unlimited Experiences so much, I booked another tour with them the following day! Susana was a such a friendly guide, very professional, and tailored both tours around my interests! The sights were beautiful and the restaurants were excellent. They took COVID precautions very seriously and were always quick in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company when visiting Puebla!
