Sapito Pulquero is a must see in Puebla. Be sure to time your visit to avoid the crowds. And make sure you meet the wonderful people here.

We asked many locals where we can get some Pulque and we were directed to Sapito Pulquero and we had a great time. The guys running the bar had a big smile on their faces and the patrons were all in a great mood singing and playing musical instruments. Most seem to be students. As foreigners everyone wanted to talk to us and we loved it. The Pulque wasnt too bad either. Pulque is a local drink made from cactus. Really great find and must for anyone in Puebla.
