Not really a garden, it's a small park slash plaza where students meet and mingle. Many cafes around so a good place to grab a bite and a drink.

There are a lot of fine bars and restaurants in here, there are some benches (almost never avaliable), you can see some hores, but nothing worse. In this place, almost all locals reunite to go anywhere else or to grab a bite or drink a beer in the nearby bars or restaurants. Its a nice place. The bad side of... More

This place is a small plaza in front of a church with a few rose bushes scattered about. It was a nice, quiet place but largely empty. Char, perhaps. Interest: zero

Very cute small Square, with huge trees giving such a nice shadow to sit on one of the few benches. Lots of small cafés around with the beautiful "Conservatorio de las Rosas" or "Santa Rosa de Lima's Church in front of it, and the "State Museum" by its side. Very crowded by couples and students on week- ends.

A friend of mine told me she had a favorite restaurant in the Jardin de las Rosas, for breakfast. By the time I got there it was almost 4:00 PM so I decided to have a very late lunch. I ordered a flavored michelada to start with , and was shocked -- shocked, I say! -- when my waiter served... More

A charming square that hosts many concerts and other events in the heart of Morelia's nightlife with lots of bars, small restaurants and food until late, at least on weekends until well past midnight, The surroundings are also very busy with old-style and trendier new bars, but the square has its own appeal due to a strong student presence.

Walk into this beautiful school during the day and you are bound to hear students practicing. As a former music student, I am envious of those who have the opportunity to study here!

We went to the garden based on a review we read on trip advisor but it didn't seem at all like the review. It was very quiet and we were virtually the only people there. Maybe it was just the wrong day.

A hub of activity, a bit like a carnival, the garden has vendors and foods of all kinds. Fascinating and fun.
