Unfortunately, ended up here on a tour that was also terrible, guides barely spoke English, so did entire trip in Spanish, and were intoxicated on bus ride back to Playa, so stumbled up and down aisle of bus asking for tips.
We arrived after 3pm. Buffet was terrible, I think food had been sitting out in ridiculously hot restaurant all day.
Men's change room, no doors on most of washrooms, no toilet seats and very dirty. Husband and son walked in to consider changing, seen the state of place and walked out, did not swim.

Not necessarily the most beautiful, but a great time in a very clean place with several swimming pools in addition to a restaurant and a bar. Come there early to enjoy the cenote and be able to take beautiful photos.
The place quickly becomes crowded with tourists who arrive there by bus after their visit to Chichén Itza. Great souvenir offerings for tourists.

Cenote Xcajum is large and beautiful, and well worth a visit. On my single visit, I went down to the cenote once with my camera, and then stowed everything safely away in the lockers, and went back to swim. It was a bit crowded, but still easy to find a spot to float and gaze up at this amazing natural wonder. Good facilities, but I did not eat the food. Large gift shop for those interested in jewelry and other souvenirs.

Went here on a day trip to Chichen Itza from Merida. The Centoe is beautiful and was not that crowded when I was there. I did not know we were visiting the cenote so was not prepared for swimming. There are a lot of stairs if you have problems with stairs. I enjoyed watching the people swim.

This is a hidden gem deep in the jungle. We came with our children and ate at the buffet and swam in the cenote. This was just after a hurricane surge came though and the water level in the cenote was so high the entire diving platform, ropes and all, were submerged! Still an awe-filling experience. The guides taught us about the Cenote and were well versed in the Mayan culture and language. Extremely friendly service! We did not have time for the ATV tour but it's included.

The X-cajum cenote was very nice. We had to get life jackets and towels before we could go in the cenote. The cenote was very refreshing although cold, it was easy to get used to. There is a diving board along with a zip line. There is also a much higher platform that more daring visitors may jump from. There are also locker rooms to change in. Overall, I recommend visiting this cenote.

Was my first time swimming in a cenote and it was a really nice adventure. Came as part of the trip with Amigo tours and they gave us ample time to swim here. The water is fresh and can be cold. But once you are in it’s so refreshing.
Life jackets need to be rented out (mandatory) even if you are a confident swimmer apparently as they say the water is less dense and so more difficult to swim. Lockers are available if needed and the money you get back.
Anyways was a good experience and would recommend it.
Just be careful with your belongings as if they fall off your hand it sinks quickly. Stuff like GoPro and phones

The food was just ok, but the water and views were very refreshing. Plan to be there at least 3 hours. Definitely a must see!

This is a nice 15 minute visit. We were stuck here two hours. If you want to swim, it's basically a natural pool, nothing special. You can't view anything past the top edge unless you rent their life vest, even if you have no interest in swimming. The lunch was ok. The gift store, overpriced Chinese stuff.

Totally horrible place. Horrible people. Horrible food, and bad attitudes. We left after eating and didn't even swim because this place was so disappoing. Don't waste your time.

A escadaria ainda é um pouco grande, no entanto, se a pessoa não tiver dificuldades de maior, de certeza que consegue fazer
