My family visited here. It was amazingly fun. If you go on a windyish day the large sres is perfect for flying kites. The play area is amazing. Entertains kids for hours!!

Tucked away at the end of the road on remote Mersea Island. Good place for a walk along the beach, not too many people and plenty of bird life. Shame they still seem to manage to levy a charge for this carpark. I guess there's...More

Very scenic and enjoyable walking for the dog-walker or family with access to the beach beit pebbles, especially in late Spring or Summer. Adders sometimes visible near the carpark area and so some caution required with inquisitive dogs. Parking is a little pricey.
