I jave realised that vino Tenaglia is sold in the nice restaurants in the area of Casale Monferrato and hence we visited the tenuta after a lunch at Ristorante di Crea on a very hot day. Welcome was watm and friendly and wine tasting is possible 7 days a week. I tried all Barbera variations and was pleasantly busy with that while my spouse organised an empty barrel that we take home as a souvenir. They have very nice Barbera with a very good prize /value and some of that I have taken home. If in the area don't miss it - because you will an important part of Monferrato. Many, many thanks to Sabine Ehrmann and the other very friendly lady - you have created a memorable afternoon for us! As long as the barrique exists we will remember this lovely place and the friendly people.

The night before in a restaurant in the area, we had a very good bottle of wine from Tenuta Tenaglia. We looked it up in the internet and it appeared you could visit it. So the next day we went there. We were very well received, we visited the wine cellars and of course we tasted wines. Apart from Italian, the ladies speak very good English and German as well. And it's not only a nice winery on a nice location. They have very good wines as well. We bought 2 cases. Highly recommended!!!!

This place is located next to the 'Sacro monte di Crea' and offers a wide range of locally produced wines which taste simply amazing. The fact that all around the tenuta you can see all the vineyards makes it even more special when you taste the wine!
