My favorite part was absolutely everything! Our driver found us near our designated spot eating breakfast - there was no pressure to hurry and from moment to end it was all about us and making sure we were happy. Yuvaldo (?) was wonderful and once at Chileno Bay he helped with snorkel gear, ease us into water (which was perfect temps) and then kept an eye on all of us making sure we were safe and pointed out special fish around us. He found food floating on water attracting even more fish to us. I was just in Hawaii and it doesn't compare to the snorkeling experiences I've had here with this company. My friend found this company years ago and remain loyal customers - once you have the best it's hard to go anywhere else! Getting here early helps if you want to have this piece of paradise to yourselves.
Denis had an umbrella set up at arrival to protect us from the hot sun, our own bags with snacks chosen just for us, and towels lined up perfectly on the beach. This truly was the highlight of our week long vacation and when I return to Cabo I hope there will be room for us again to enjoy this company that truly treated us as friends and not just another tourist. I can't say enough about this company, but hope they will be there the next time I visit. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Dennis was our tour guide and he was amazing! He picked us up in a clean, air conditioned shuttle from our resort at the scheduled time. He presented himself very well. He was enthusiastic, personable, and got us really excited for the day's events on our way to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Upon arrival in Cabo San Lucas, he kindly let us go to an ATM that didn't have a ton of service fees so we could have some cash on hand. From there, he took us to the marina for our boat trip to El Arco. During the tour, he shared a ton of knowledge about the geology, the culture, and was happy to answer all our questions. He took a ton of photos for us, so that we could focus on the scenery. After that, we went to a glass blowing shop, which we really enjoyed. We even got to blow some glass! Then we drove to San Jose Del Cabo and had a really delicious lunch that was already prepared (he took our order earlier so that it would be ready). After lunch, we took a walking tour of the town - tequila tasting, visited an historic church, visited a candy shop, and he left us time for shopping at the end.

We were very impressed with Dennis's knowledge of even the most trivial things. He clearly enjoys what he does and his excitement and enthusiasm was contagious. He was the perfect tour guide!

We quickly received the pictures he took after the tour (which was free by the way, or at least included in the tour price), and they were amazing as well, capturing the scenery and intimate moments.

My wife and I were in Cabo for our Honeymoon. Day 1 started with this tour from Lands End and we were more than satisfied with the outcome. From the pick up at our resort, the boat tour, the city and surrounding area history lesson, the lunch and shopping we encountered, the tequila tasting we did all the way to Lands End Tours dropping is back off at our resort. First class and very memorable experience. Special thanks to our driver Cristian and a very special thank you to our tour guide Dennis. We highly recommend this tour to all who enjoy all the activities we encountered. Thank you again to Lands End Tours.

It was THE perfect experience. From the beginning to end perfect. Greeting us in the hotel lobby, Dennis set the friendly interactive tone. Immediately he was engaging and welcoming. His delightful questions and comments engaged us beyond the tour we were experiencing. Having been on another extremely similar tour last January... It was completely different, better, more informative and educational. His knowledge of nature, Mexico, history and surroundings were fascinating. The experience was unforgettable. I will repeat this tour next time FOR SURE. The lunch was amazing, glass blowing amazing boat tour BEAUTIFUL... The pictures he took were beautiful, and because he was capturing the amazing experience we were all able to enjoy the experience without having to try and record it ourselves. We could put our cameras and phones down and live the moments in paradise. Thank you Dennis for the gezelig time!!!! Will see you in November!

OMG, where do I begin. Well worth the price. Loved it all. Very knowledgeable tour guide! Uvaldo was our guide. There was only one other person on the tour so it felt like a private tour. The boat ride was great. Got some great pics and video! Blown Glass Factory was awesome! Lunch was great in San Jose del Cabo. Definitely will be back!

From the moment Dennis picked us up from our hotel we knew we were in good hands. Great guide with just the right amount of friendliness and professionalism. He went to great strides at keeping everyone safe and the van was extremely clean when we got in and out of it every time.
We enjoyed the glass bottom boat ride out to the arch and land ends.
The lunch stop was definitely an added bonus as well as the tequila tasting in the town of San Jose. Food and service at Jazimins was fantastic!
Great way to see a little bit of Cabo Sam Lucas, and the surrounding area at a very fair price for the tour. We had 12 people on our tour.

I had my doubts about this tour after I booked it. But it turned out to be fabulous. The staff was so helpful and informative. And funny!

They were very knowledgeable of the area. And the pick-up and drop-off was seamless. I loved how they took FREE pictures of the trip and us. And then the next day sent us the pictures.

Lunch was the best I had had since I arrived in CSL. And the people at the facilities we attentive and so nice.

We loved this tour. We had been in CSL for a week by the time we took the tour. And I wish we had done the tour first. It answered a lot of questions we had about the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL!!

A lot of disappointments.Four of us felt the same.
But let start from pluses:
BIG PLUS and THANK you for Dennis -tour guide. He took all of the pictures and promptly sent them right after the tour to my e-mail. This was super surprise. He was very knowledgeable of any topic about the Mexico we have asked. The communication (before the trip) with the company was great and easy. The driver came in on time.We had very nice with AC vehicle.Super safe and comfortable.
Tequila testing was nice - very Mexican stuff.Candy store tasting -too but this second time tasting we started to feel like Dennis brought us here so finally we should buy something there. They expected us to buy stuff if we tray. But neither tequila or candy wasn't our cap of tea to buy.We feel that pressure maybe we shouldn't ?
Glass factory visit and show -very nice and big plus.
MINUSES:
1.boat with glass bottom -dont be fool by name -you cannot see any sea life throw it.It is dark or misty and too small, just like little window at the bottom of boat. And the boat is small for 10 people only I believe.I thought we will have much bigger one.
2. The boat ride and views were awesome anyway so I think the boat ride could be longer not only 45 min. of our 5-6 hrs trip. That was really highlight of entire trip so why not please tourists and improve the trip.
3. We stayed in San Jose hotel for 7 days.So we wanted to see San Lucas city obviously. That trip does not provide this instead of it was more focus on San Jose which we knew already after 6 days stay.I don't mind we visited San Jose but we should at least to get off of vehicle and could see also San Lucas city centre. The time should be divided for both city equily (excluding time for glass factory in San Lucas). After this trip I still don't know San Lucas -how looks, what is there etc. That's good i was there day before :)
4.On our schedule -plan of the trip we had point to see Estero-wetland in San Jose.I was excited about it.But when i asked about it where is it Dennis just pointed direction and we didn't get there.
Overall : This trip had a lot of potential to be excellent but for 4 of us was it wasnt. We spent to much time in stores -tequila,candy ,kind of market in San Jose plus about one our in restaurant. Most of the time was wasted according to our group.

Dear Bea B, Thank you for reviewing the service provided to you by our tour guide and driver during the City Tour Los Cabos, or also known as the Los Cabos Combo Tour on the web site where you bought this tour for your party of four people. That having said, we are surprised to read our service was reviewed by you as "so, so" and "full of disappointments" because in the same review you write that our tour guide was very knowledgeable about any topic about Mexico and that the driver came on time to pick you up from your hotel Suites Las Palmas in San José del Cabo and who drove safely in a very nice AC and comfortable vehicle. Based on the information provided on the web site where you bought this activity – and on which your expectations of our service should be based on – we have exactly offered you the tour as described on the web site. We will not copy paste here the complete tour description – we kindly invite you and the TripAdvisor community to read that on the web site itself – however, we would like to point out that it clearly states that a tequila and Mexican candy tasting is included, as well as the free photos. We do not expect you to buy at all after you tried the tequila or the candy. There is absolutely no pressure to buy. Dennis only brought you to the tequila and Mexican candy tasting as it is on your tour schedule. Just like the photos, which are included in the tour price, so this should not be a “super surprise” for you. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the glass bottom boat holds 14 people, and not 10 as you “believe”. On the day of your tour there were 8 people. This glass bottom boat is just like any other glass bottom boat in Los Cabos; a panga of approximately 30 feet with a glass bottom. Perhaps – as mentioned in your review – you expected to go on the submarine of another company where you originally signed up for but was cancelled by that company. This last one is a submarine which does not submerge but has bigger windows, however, the price of this tour is 55 USD p.p. and only includes the boat ride. Our City Tour is a 6 hours tour to Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo with round transportation, tour guide and free pictures included for only 72 USD p.p. You cannot expect to take that submarine with a visit to both towns, tour guide and roundtrip transportation for only 17 USD p.p. more. Perhaps the windows of our boat are too small in your judgement, but we kindly invite you to take another look at the photos we have sent you to your email; on those photos dozens of fish can be appreciated surrounding the boat, so you were able to see the sea life during the boat trip; the highlight of your trip. During our visit to Cabo San Lucas we visited the Marina and Bay area. After that, we drove through the main road with on both sides the bars and nightclubs - to which we gave an introduction – and shops – shopping time would be in San José del Cabo as mentioned on the web site. For this reason, we did not stop in the center of Cabo San Lucas. Hereafter, we visited the glass factory in Cabo San Lucas. These are the highlights in Cabo San Lucas. Please note that in the tour description there is no reference to get off the vehicle and walk through the center of Cabo San Lucas, neither about visiting the estuary in San José del Cabo. It clearly states “pass by its estuary”. Again, we offered you the tour as described on the web site and, therefore, you should not be disappointed. After you visited by yourself Cabo San Lucas once and San José del Cabo twice during your 6 days stay, we can understand that when visiting the same areas during our tour, you might consider your time with us a waste of time. However, you – as lead traveler of your party – booked your tour with us prior to your arrival to Los Cabos and you knew exactly – or should have known – what to expect with respect to the places to visit as those are clearly mentioned on the web site. Therefore, we cannot hold responsible for the fact you visited the same spots by yourself before taking the tour and is unfair to review our service as “poor” because of that. If you would not have visited these places before by yourself, we are convinced you would have enjoyed our guided tour, just like 95% of the TripAdvisor community who rated us as “excellent” and “very good” and thanks to them we have received the Certificate of Excellence since 2011 for 6 consecutive years. In case you would have liked visiting only the areas of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo which you did not visit on your own, we suggest you to take a private tour instead of a shared tour the next time, so you can avoid visiting the same spots twice. With respect to your recommendation to make the boat ride longer, we would like to comment you the following. For over years we have heard from our clients that this tour is the perfect itinerary to have a general overview of what Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo has to offer. Please note that our tour is a City Tour with a 45 minutes boat ride, not merely a boat trip. For that, we suggest you to take a snorkeling tour or sunset cruise instead. We can only conclude that, in our opinion, your review tells more about your activity planning than our services. Warm regards, Customer Service Land´s End Tours

Our family was really looking forward to this tour because of all the great reviews but we received a cancellation notice two days before it was scheduled. We’re already in Cabo and had planned a day around this so we had to scramble to find something else to do. Luckily our hotel (Hyatt Ziva) came through and booked us an exact same tour (glass bottom boat, city tour, sightseeing, glass factory) for $50 less. Needless to say, we’re very disappointed but happy to experience the same tour from a different company.

Ok so went on this tour which was supposed to be 6 hours long, we were back at the hotel after 5 hours. At the end of the tour when we were supposed to go to the estuary and see the birds/wildlife we were suddenly told that it had been destroyed by a tropical storm or hurricane or something and there was only sand there now and no birds etc. We were told it was actually inaccessible and were returned to our hotels. Now I realize things like this do happen however would have thought that we would have been told this when we booked the tour and something else would have been substituted or else we would not have been charged the same price as when there was an estuary as part of this tour! I had read all of the reviews and that's why I chose this tour as it sounded wonderful. The rest of it was fine but really, how can you advertise an estuary as part of this tour and then not have one and just return people to their hotels an hour early yet charge them the same price as if there was an estuary? Rip off. The fact that we were not even told about this until the end of the tour when that was all there was left to do, then we were told it wasn't happening? Since the excuse was that it was destroyed by a tropical storm or hurricane I would imagine that didn't happen yesterday so there must have been time to put something else in the tour to replace the estuary or else just charge us for a 5 hour tour instead of a 6 hour tour? Disappointed.

Dear CandyC, Thank you for your review and for providing us more information on your tour in your separate email to us. According to our information, your tour guide arrived on Thursday March 15, 2018 at the main lobby of your hotel Hyatt Place at 8:30 am – from which you left at 8:35 am as you wanted to go back to your room for getting a jacket for the boat trip – and you were dropped off at the main lobby of the same hotel at 2:10 pm. This makes that the tours lasted 5 hours and 40 minutes instead of the 5 hours you mentioned in your review. The tour duration of 6 hours is an approximate and finally depends on many factors, like traffic, group size, the number of pictures which will be taken on the different parts of the tour, and the amount of free time used by our clients. For example, on the day of your tour, only few people were interested in getting their free pictures taken by our tour guide on the different locations, no one wanted to eat a coconut on the Viewing Point and no one was interested in buying tequila. For that reason, we finished the tour a little bit earlier than normal. However, this having said, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding about the visit to the estuary created on the web site through which you bought our activity; your principal complaint. As mentioned during the tour, the estuary in San José del Cabo was partly destroyed during Tropical Storm Lidia on August 31, 2017 and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot visit the estuary anymore as we used to do before TS Lidia; a 5 minutes visit to show the small fresh water lagoon. After the Tropical Storm we informed all our (online) travel agencies and representatives that the 5 minutes visit to the estuary had been canceled. For that reason, we did not mention the visit to the estuary until the end of the tour when you specifically asked for it. After all, the tour guide was in the understanding that the visit to the estuary was taken off the itinerary since September 2017 and that it was not published anymore. The web site through which you bought your tour made this adjustment last year as well, however, for an unknown reason, the description with the visit to the estuary got online a couple of days again before you booked the tour. Thanks to your review we immediately informed the web site and from now on their information is up to date again. We are truly sorry that you felt disappointed and ripped off about the fact you could not visit the estuary as advertised by accident on the third party´s web site. As you mentioned yourself, you have chosen this tour because all our reviews are wonderful. This would not be the case if since September last year we would have been promoting the visit to the estuary on the different web sites but not visiting it at all during the tour. Like this, much more people would have written a negative review like yours. We hope that you will accept our apologies – even though the information was provided by accident by a third party for which we cannot be hold responsible – and we hope that you will still have nice memories of the rest of the tour. Warm regards, Customer Service
