I was traveling to visit family in Tallahassee, FL and stopped at the Residence Inn, Columbia, SC, Northeast/Fort Jackson Area motel. Upon entering my room, I noticed a strong perfume smell. I tried opening the door for a while, bu that didn't help. I was on the first floor, so the windows didn't open. I went to the front desk to ask for some vinegar to put out and the receptionist tried to find some, but couldn't. She then asked to come smell the room and agreed that it was overwhelming. She quickly made arrangements for me to move to another room nearby and even brought a cart to help me. I really appreciated her help! She was so kind and understanding. I would definitely stay here again. Unlike the one in West/Lexington. They were very nasty at check-in.

Chula Vegan Cafe was a gem we came across accidentally on a walk. It was a bliss to have a meal there. We chose the amazing Matcha Hot Chocolate and the Vegan Burger. The food was extremely tasty and flavourful, and the best vegan hot chocolate I’ve ever had. We are from Canada.
My daughter and I are both vegan and we were not able to eat well at the resort we were at, so this was like a God sent gift.
A little bit higher priced than I expected Mexico to be, but the food was excellent and the owners so sweet. Owned by two young sisters and I hope more vegans going to San Cabo will eat there. The whole menu is vegan.

We had a fabulous time on this day trip. It was through Greyline tours and our travel guides Carlos and Lenin were awesome. We saw lots of sea life, weren't rushed in anyway, did shopping had great tips from our guides, and a great lunch was supplied at a great Restaurant. Much better than expected. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

The best part of the tour was the boat ride to the arch so do that and skip the rest of this one. The tequila tasting was in a shop in the local mall which is nothing more than a tourist trap shop. I did also enjoy the glass blowing factory visit although the gift shop at the factory needs some serious cleaning dust off of the shelves. So here we are in Cabo and the lunch was at a mediocre restaurant in a strip mall. Really?? At least go to downtown San Jose and find one that has some character. Our guide was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable but I expected to learn more about the area and there was a lot of time to share that while on the bus but we just had silence. We feel we wasted a day.

You can do this all by yourself. Take any boat to the Arch (a few bucks each), walk Cabo, stop at any restaurant you like, take a bike ride taxi (two max). It's not that hard.

This was a great experience. We started with a tour of the Coast with "Big Mama"/CheChe in a glass bottom boat (more like glass window bottom boat). He was an excellent tour guide and even show us pictures/videos of the hurricane that recently passed through Cabos.
We then did a tequila tasting. The store owner and the tour guides had lots of tips (breath through your mouth after the tasting, and there will not be a burn) and recommendations. They were open to you trying any tequila you wanted but had 6 or 7 already prepared. The vanilla and almond were amazing, tasted like a liquor. During this time we were also provided some time for shopping, but it isn't enough time to really explore or buy anything.
We then went on a catamaran boat, which was a big party. We were able to observe some whales performing, and did some snorkelling. The crew provided a late lunch of tuna sandwiches, salsa, guacamole and chips. It was fun that could be had by the whole family (as proven with the wide age range on the boat).

A well organized and easy to book day trip by van. We got pickup at our hotel and driven by Jorge through some interesting smaller towns. We made a short stop for some delicious Machaca (beef) wraps. Jorge led us on a very interesting and well informed hike into the hillside where you can swim in the natural pools if you desire. After the hike, we were treated (part of the tour) to an all you can eat Mexican meal including fish, beef and chicken meal with corn and flour tortillas with all the condiments and the property owners restaurant. All in all an excellent trip that is worth the money and Jorge did an outstanding job!

We went as a large group of 4 couples and had a great time despite mediocre weather. The glass bottom boat out to the arch was nice and the "shopping" and tequila tasting was fun but the sailing and snorkeling was amazing. We were also there during peak whale watching season so there were whales everywhere. On the sailboat the were plenty of drink, the food was so-so but the trip was by far the best thing that we did. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This was our first visit to Mexico and we wanted to make the most out of it. My daughter and I decided to go kyaking and snorkeling, and it was suggested that we book with Outback Adventures. (My wife gets motion sick, so she decided to stay at the resort). We ended up being the only two on the tour, which was fortunate for us, as we had our own private instructor/ tour guide. CARLOS was fantastic!!!! His personality and knowledge was #1.
Carlos took us to Divorce & Lovers Beach, where we kayaked under and around the famous stone arch. The waters were very calm and we were the only ones on the beach. We took some awesom pictures and it worked out well that no one else was around the arch & beach area's. Carlos was a wealth of information and fantastic instructor. We saw beautiful fish and saw many sea lions. Along with all the information he provided, Carlos also supplied a delicious lunch. This will definately be a memory we will have forever.
When in Cabos, please book an excursion with Outback Adventures and request CARLOS, as you will not be disappointed!
Thank you Carlos for a fantastic adventure!

I am trying to confirm our pick up at the hotel for a tour I just booked
Written October 16, 2016
Hi!, could provide your reservation number and your full name to help you please?

Hello,
we are just a week away approximately from our arrival date, we now have 4 rooms confirmed with family. Bring the whole group. : ) I asked once before, but just wanted to confirm, One of the rooms have the all inclusive for the entire stay . Unfortunately. the other three do not , I really don't want to keep rate shopping to try to include the all inclusive or make any changes.
When I asked before I was told we can upgrade for 25.00 each per day. I know there are a few days we will be doing some road trips and not at the resort to eat, So are we able to come to the front desk in the morning, and pay for the all inclusive rate for specific days. So we can eat dinners and lunches at Posada on the days we will be there all day ? Maybe half of our stay do the all inclusive ? Thank you just double checking there is 10 of us coming in.. We are so excited to see everyone. My aunt and her husband just left posada and said it was as wonderful as our last visit together.. Thank you again, Darcy

How much are the tours to the famous arch and what does the tour include. Do you pick up people for their respective resorts and are meals included.
Written February 27, 2015
The cost for the tour in my video from my review was around 100$ US per person. It includes transportation to and from the hotel, a glass bottom boat ride out to the arch, a tequila tasting, free time on Cabo San Lucas, a Catamaran ride out past the arch again to the snorkeling destination. The catamaran ride includes a mediocre lunch ( we at a sandwich suring our free time) and all the drinks you want. It was an excellent day . Well worth the money spent.

Hi has anyone done either the Magical Towns or The Canyon tour with Baja Outback? Am travelling all the way from the UK and have never visited Baja before. Thanks!

Have traveled in some of the outback down outside of Puerto Vallarta but should warn you to be sure to take insect repellant and use it. The scenery was beautiful, the guides were great, but we were eaten by the small noseeums bugs and suffered for days. We were not warned about the bugs although the other people going on the "Hidden Mexico" tour had been told when they booked it.
There is much to see - if you get to Puerto Vallarta be sure to see "Rythms of the Night"
