Luis was professional, friendly and very accommodating. His SUV was beautiful. He took extra care to be sure we were delivered in time for our flight. Our Air B and B had a difficult address. Our shuttle Drop-off location was misunderstood at our arrival. Anticipating possible difficulties, I sent specific instructions to the office by email in advance two days ahead. I received an email confirming receipt and that the instructions would be communicated to driver. I felt confident. 1:00 pickup came and went. At 1:11 I called main number. Office talked with me and made a few calls out and back to drivers and me. It took some doing, but I felt they were really working to get us to where we needed to go on time, accepting that their driver had been waiting for us at the incorrect location they had on file (from first transport) and that they had in their hands the correct information l. Our situation was made clear, and they arranged for Luis to arrive, almost an hour later. We received private transfer and he took the toll road to zoom us to the airport. Kudos and Thank you to Cabo Transfers for an acknowledging the situation and getting us alternate transport to assure our timely arrival. Thank you for Luis for being willing to quickly fill the request with his private car. We were transported in style and had plenty of time to get to our flight.

Cheapest transportation from airport to Cabo. Can't believe how reliable and on time they were both ways. Great communications prior to pickup, so there was no misunderstanding. Even though it's not a private limo, there was only one quick stop one way and a direct ride going back to airport.

Did the private shuttle both ways for our group of eight plus added stop for groceries. Everything went extremely well with easy communication and prompt pick up. Sent a couple emails back and forth before reservation and Cabo Transfers got back to me right away.

Cabo Transfers worked as promised. Sometimes with shared rides, you are forced to depart too early for your flight. That didn't happen here. The staff was very helpful clearing up a mistake (my fault) on the arrival date. A very good customer experience.

We had no difficulty making changes to our reservation at the last minute when we experienced flight delays and arrived on a different day.
