We did the parasailing and it was so fun! It literally feels like you are flying, so peaceful and relaxing.
Just like everyone else in Cabo, they boat guys were warm and great. Pictures were posted to their facebook page a few days after. I wish I would have asked our boat mates to take pics with my camera as they likely would have gotten a few more, better shots, but at least we have something to say we did it!

My husband and I booked two excursions with Aries, parasailing and jet skiing. We had a blast! The staff was friendly and we felt safe throughout the entire experience. We also booked online for better pricing. I would definitely recommend!!

We were skeptical about hoping on a boat knowing that so many swindlers had approached us. Enrique approached us and was very personable.
We hoped on the boat for $10/person. Another couple joined us, and we saw multiple points including the arch, lovers beach, divorce beach, and several sea lions.
Our captain spoke broken English but gave every effort to try and speak clear. Hats off to our captain. He stopped at multiple points to capture those Instagram photos for us.
He provided us with tortillas to feed the fish and we saw a lot of colorful ones.
We also saw several sea lions and one that did tricks on the back of the boat.

The Jet ski looked suspicious on sight but we foolishly went with this company any way to save $5. When being cheap goes very wrong.
As soon as I started the engine, I said the jet ski was moving abnormally slow...
We proceed for another 3 minutes, going closer to El Arco; we stop and start taking pictures. Then we decide to go back to shore so we could safely switch drivers. I start to slowly more towards shore....next thing we are flipping over and sinking.
10 minutes later we are able to wave someone to rescue us. They attempt to save the jet ski but notice that there's water going into it and its sinking so they get us to shore and one remains with the jet ski for easy relocating.
We get back super upset and the owner of Aries Water Sports hardly acknowledges us or what we just experienced. Instead he demands that we have to wait for the jet ski to be inspected before he talks to us.
They inspect and see there's no damage but insists that we must have stood up causing the jet ski to flip (we never stood up).
He then insists that one of the men that rescued us was part of the competition so of course he would say there was something wrong with their jet ski.
Then he said one of the men that rescued us, who wasn't there when we went down, said we intentionally flipped the jet ski.
He also then refused to give us a copy of our contract so we could pursue this matter with the police.
We believe they knew this jet ski was damaged...it was the only one seating on the beach, and they lets us ride it and put our lives in danger just to make a few dollars.
They are evil and should be out of business before they kill someone.

I had a terrible experience with Aires Water Sports in Cabo, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They scammed us out of $500 with a completely bogus jetski damage claim.
After our ride, they accused us of damaging the jetski, which was a total lie. They then refused to return our credit card and license until we paid the $500. We went back later in the day and noticed that the same "damaged" jetski was being used by another customer without any repairs. Despite this obvious proof of their scam, they still refused to refund our money.
Aires Water Sports should not be allowed to operate. Their fraudulent practices and refusal to return our property were unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company instead. This place is a total scam.
After our ride, they accused us of damaging the jetski, which was a total lie. They then refused to return our credit card and license until we paid the $500. I purchased a parasailing experience on the beach in front of Villa Del Palmar from ‘Brandon’ who represented himself as someone who worked for Aires Water Sports. I left a deposit with him (I should have known better), and when I showed up to my 9am trip on New Years Day, I waited 2-hours on the beach for Brandon who never showed up. His co-workers we’re trying to help me, but when I started to complain about the wait, they suddenly couldn’t speak English.
When we returned to the beach, the water taxi that took us to the parasailing boat wanted 200 additional pesos for a “service fee.” I just walked away and told them to talk to Brandon.
I would not recommend this company at all.

I was not there, but my daughter and her 4 girlfriends relayed the details. These guys at Aries took complete advantage of these young women by not giving them any information prior to them taking out the Jet Skis, had them sign their waivers while on the Jet Skis on the water (absolutely no time to review or try to understand their policies and the fact that they offer insurance), and when these girls came in after their hour on the Jet Skies, were told they had damaged the equipment -- which they say is absolutely untrue and that nothing occurred to cause damage while on the water. The people at Aries told them they were going to charge them $1600 for the damage, then changed it to $600 after these women protested, and finally decided they could get away with charging $400. They did not allow them to take photos of any supposed damage and quickly took the equipment away, then rented it out to another party. DO NOT USE ARIES -- BUYER BEWARE!

I had a couple of days to think of how I was going to write my review of how terrible this experience was. Though I have no experience in writing a one star review because I have never experienced such a bad excursion while on vacation, until I went parasailing with Aries water sports.
I will first start with a compliment. The driver who transported us from our hotel to the marina was the only nice person in this whole fiasco. After saying that, everything went downhill from there.
The tender boat, which is the boat that brings you to and from the marina to the actual parasailing boat, was operated by a very, very unfriendly man. Hassling me over proof of my ticket, when the excursion was purchased online AND after we were picked up from our resort by this so called company. Since we purchased our tickets online, there was no physical ticket to present. So to prove to the unfriendly man that my trip was paid, he asks me to pull out my iPhone so he could view an email confirmation while the boat is in motion in the middle of the ocean. This made me feel like a real "bandito" as they call it in Mexico.
The real fun was when we arrived to the actual parasailing boat. The two employees operating this ship may possibly be even more unfriendly than the tender operator. Not once did they introduce themselves or try to engage with us or any of the other patrons aboard. They were very rude, abrupt, and not at all personable. The only two things these two accomplished was rushing their customers in and out of the harness and yelling "hurry". I understand they're a business and are here to make money, but we as the customer spend our hard earned money to come enjoy an hour of our time doing something fun and adventurous. At least have the decency to interact with your guests and to make them feel welcomed.
The tender ride back to the marina was a sad and lonely one. The same very, very unfriendly man took us back without a word of gratitude, or any word at all for that matter.
As a word of advice, spend your money elsewhere and enjoy something fun and new. Don't let these money hungry company types make you feel rushed and uncomfortable on your vacation.

The staff at Aries water sports are scammers. Went Jet Skiing with may family and they tried to claim I damaged a jet ski (which I didn’t) they said in the beginning if the jet skis are damaged they would charge my card $300. After talking to the manager he said everything was fine. 30 mins later after my cousin finished his session the manger went to my cousin and said that I damaged the jet ski and that they can charge his credit $300 or pay 200 cash. I go over again to dispute the claim and the manger lies and said I admitted to damaging the jet ski. After going back and forth with them for 45 minutes we said ok charge our card, but they refused to charge it and was demanding cash, we spent another 30 minutes arguing and refused to give them cash, so they just gave up, and said ok we’ll let it slide this time.they didn’t charge the card because 1. I did not damage the jet ski. 2. If they charged my card the money would go to the company and not to them to pocket. Less than an hour later while I was swimming, I noticed them trying the same scam with another group, with the same exact jet ski they said I damaged (jet ski number 3). When I went on the reviews after the fact I saw a couple complaints about the same damage on the same jet ski the oldest dating back to 6 months ago. They are scammers do not give them any cash.

the booking process was a scam stay away they charge a deposit when i arrived i spoke to aries reps on the ground told them i wouldn't need 9 only 7 the guy said that fine we'll just refund you the difference i email the company for my refund which should be $112 company said we can only refund you $22 SCAM STAY AWAY

Unfortunately you gave your money to a promoter instead of working directly with Aries Water Sports' employees. When working directly with Aries Water Sports, we do not charge a deposit. You pay for your services as you receive them unless you have booked through Trip Advisor, which you pay in advance.
