This is a small beach compared to the surrounding beaches that hug the myriad resorts along the coast. Quiet. Great for snorkelling, kayaking, SUP, swimming or simply sunning. Best of all, no vendors!, Pack a lunch and drinks.

This is a small beach easily accessible from cabo san lucas if you have a car. Not crowded so it is really good for a quiet sun bath and the waves are not too strong so it is possible to swim and snorkel.

My family went to Playa Viudas yesterday and we had a wonderful time! There is a clearly marked sign for it from the highway and the dirt road was absolutely no issue at all in our old Ford Taurus. There was a very clear parking area with garbage cans and a couple of port-a-potties. There indeed is a new resort... More

I got married on this beach and it was very beautiful. The waves are strong there but the locals say that there are a couple swim spots, you just need to be careful.

Because of the entrance, you go literally in between the mountains. We only went there at night, so the waves were rougher, and I can't tell what's it like in the day, but maybe it's like El Tule beach. Very safe and free.

With all of the construction underway in the area I wanted to check on the accessibility of Playa Las Viudas. The entrance has changed slightly from a few years ago, but is clearly marked with a regular highway sign and an exit to access Las Viudas, or The Widow's beach. Follow the signs to the beach. I would assume there... More

Cool little beach that is going to become impossible to visit in the future due to the construction all around it. Not for swimming (still worthwhile!). The road is difficult but can be done with most cars IF you go slow and carefully.

This is a public/virgin beach so don't expect ANY service, no rentals no food/beverages sellers. If you want to spend a quite time bring your own umbrella, towels, refreshments and chill. Sand is not fine so make sure you have shoes to walk on the beach. A lot of construction is happening very close to the beach so make sure... More

I love this beach because it is secluded and never busy. There have been times its only been me and my dog there. Most of the time, the ocean is too rough to swim but what I love about this beach are the rock formations and tide pools. I love to find a pool to hang out in for a... More

This is a locals beach pretty nice spot. No bathrooms or garbage cans right now. The Hurricanes moved some sand around but it is still the same great little beach. The road off the highway is good and has been plowed for better access however that treatment ends where the construction company working on Twin Dolfins resort stopped the road... More
