Breakfast today with sun shining and a light breeze. The view of the golf course and the Sea of Cortez are breathtaking. The menu is somewhat low muted which is on par for a golf course restaurant. It was enjoyable and worth a follow up...More
Our first round in Cabo that delivered. Great track well kept and friendly and attentive staff. A fair priced prepaid round compared to the other over priced courses . No time share sales effort to play which is welcome idea for an activity in Cabo....More

What a beautiful and challenging golf course. The staff is very welcoming. The course was in perfect shape. We could have played the holes on the water over and over. The chilled hand towel at the end was a treat!

You must book and early tee time and I mean early... It get super humid and hot after 10 and there is no shade. With a gold cart and drinks you will have a ball. Super fun course and bring your whole set... When picking...More
We want to travel from the Riu to the Cuadra San Francisco Equestrian Centre near the Cabo Real golf course. I understand taxis should cost in the $15-20US range. If we wanted to take a regular bus, does anyone know which bus we would catch? Specific number? Specific color? And how do you tell the driver you'd like to get off? How much is bus fare and can you pay in US dollars?

It is better to pay in pesos but US is fine as long as it is paper - no US coin change is accepted in Cabo. The bus will drop you off 'on the highway' where you ask them to. You will cross the highway and walk to the place you want to go. Personally, I don't know where the equestrian center is so I'm unable to direct you on the true drop-off. If the center has told you they are next to Cabo Real - find out exactly where it is. "Next to" is a large area at Cabo Real. As far as the bus...More

Cabo Real golf course (3 Replies)
The Cabo Real golf course is just beautiful. Even with that par 3 on the Ocean that they eliminated to build on. It's just so worth it to play a round here. Fast greens in great shape. Big elevation changes Gorgeous course, excellent views and Great staff. $399 for 3 rounds on the winter rates golf pass. PLAY ANY OFF THEIR 3 courses.Make sure you ply this really nice course.

We couldn't agree more Rocky :-) We just love that course, it's just beautiful. Having the chance to go to Palmilla last month in addition to the Cabo Real, I still prefer Cabo Real. It is a beautiful course and I love the layout and variance in the holes. We have yet to play Puerto Los Cabos and Cabo Del Sol, so those are on our list next time we go. I've been meaning to ask about the $399 winter pass. Having visited the Questro website in the past I don't see any mention of it. Is it...More

3 Golf courses to choose, any recommendation? (10 Replies)
Hello, We booked the dream resorts golf package and will have 1 round of golf at either of these three courses: Cabo Real Golf Course, Club Campestre and Puerto Los Cabos. Any experience on these three courses and which one is better?? This is our first time to Cabo so we want to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance~~

Having played all three I would play Puerto Los Cabos again. Campestre is not at all on the water so that is one reason I would use not to play it again if I was left with one course to play. I have played Cabo Real three times and Puerto Los Cabos once so I apologize if I can't give a more detailed answer as to exactly why I would go back if given the choice between the two.
