Whales, turtles and flying Rays

We took this excursion from a cruise ship. The crew was excellent. Very friendly and they were great about pointing out sea animals we could see from the boat. We saw flying bat rays, a whale, and even turtles. They provided us a small breakfast that was shared by the 2 of us. Then lunch to share as well. Both meals was were great. Lunch was some skewered shrimp, salad, tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole. They also offered us orange juice and mimosas before we left the dock. They provided drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) throughout the ride which included mixed drinks as well as beer. The ride to the beach area where we stopped, was really beautiful and we got quite close to the famous Cabo Arch and rock formations as well as lovers beach on our way out to sea. At the beach location we dropped anchor and were able to snorkel and paddle board if we wanted to. Unfortunately we were roped off from the actual beach but we had the ability to remain on the boat and enjoy the sun if we wanted to. They provided snorkels and limited fins in terms of size. They didn't have my husband's shoe size for the fins but they did have mine. He was okay without them since there was really not a lot of swimming. The crew threw bread into the water to attract the fish. On the way back they hoisted the sails which made for a really pleasant ride back. An additional crew member they had was a photographer. He took pictures throughout the excursion and at the end he offered them for sale. We purchased around 25 photos for $45. This seemed like a really good deal and the photos were excellent. We provided our email address and they were sent digitally about a day or so later. The boat was comfy for all the passengers to sit on the bow of the boat. This excursion is best for people who are comfortable and stable enough to step up and over things like seats and walking toward the bow. Also on sunny days be sure to wear clothing to cover up as well as a sun hat and sun screen. We wore our bathing suits under shorts and tank tops. They had us take our shoes off before we boarded the boat and the shoes remained on the dock until we returned. We brought a small bag with towels and jackets just in case it was windy. We also brought our own snorkels and masks but that's just because that is our preference. They supplied them for the passengers. They also supplied towels. Overall this was a great time. I would recommend this provided the weather is as great as what we had.

Not the memorable experience I had hoped for

The setting of the sunset at the Arches is a lovely time to visit. Sadly, the experience left much to be desired. Between the extremely loud music, the careless attitude of the host, and the cheap drinks, I could hardly appreciate the moment. Why music has to be blasting at ear popping volumes when we were in the serenity of nature is completely beyond me. The lapping sounds of the waves could have been an excellent soothing alternative to the raucous thumping of an electronic beat.

Outstanding Day Sail with Cabo Adventures

Marco and crew were awesome for our Cabo Adventures day sail! The snack, lunch, and drinks were exceptional. The windy sail was exciting too! The tour guide, photographer, and captain were the best!

Fabulous excursion

Fabulous experience. Great food and drinks. Crew was fun and funny. Yay for Captain Pablo and Mario. Would highly recommend and do again. Worth it for a 4 hour excursion. Don’t forget to tip.

The best time ever

I had an amazing time! The people on my boat taking care of us did absolutely amazing! My captains were Jesus and Nata! And Zahid was so much fun as well! 10/10 super good experience!

Lovely Sailing Experience!

An unforgettable day in Cabo!

We booked this excursion through Norwegian Cruise Lines for our port day in Cabo. Our host Mario, Captain Pablo, and Andrea made sure we had a fantastic day! We had a gorgeous, sunny day so we could enjoy the ocean views as well as the natural rock formations, beaches, and landmarks. We made our way to the snorkeling area. Many on our boat took advantage of the equipment and clear waters. Those of us who stayed on the boat were able to see plenty of fish from the deck. Mario's infectious energy, welcoming attitude, and gracious humor, kept everyone entertained and happy. The snacks and lunch provided were fresh and delicious. A variety of beverages were available the entire trip. Once we started sailing, the experience was even more amazing! In addition to zipping across the waves, we saw a humpback whale putting on a show by breaching the water and splashing her tale. We also saw sea lions swimming and lounging in the sun. There were only 16 people on our sailboat, so everyone was treated well. Our group enjoyed the music, singing, dancing, and even doing handstands! I highly recommend this adventure. Please be sure to ask for Mario!

Hello, Was the boat ride smooth or choppy? I get sea sick easily and was thinking the bigger boats would be better than just a small sail boat.

This is a small sail boat, and though the waters were not too choppy, I think you may do better on a bigger boat. With the sails up, you are holding on to the safety line and anchoring your feet on the edges of the deck.

Being that the water is cooler during April, did they provide wetsuits to snorkel or paddleboard? Or was the water temp ok where you didn't need to wear one
