My wife and I along with my Brother and Sister in law went on a whale watching excursion (with breakfast included) with Wild Cabo Tours. The Whale watching was excellent with 22 whales being sites most of them up close. The food provided was delicious and with an open bar any type of drink you wanted was provided. The crew on the boat were wonderful as well. The host who provided instructions as well as alerted us when a whale was sighted did an excellent job and was a lot of fun. The other crew members bartender, DJ, and waiters we a lot of fun as well and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend booking a whale watching excursion with Wild Cabo tours.

The catamaran is large, comfortable and well-equipped (easy to access restrooms on board). The complimentary breakfast was far better than expected - it was plentiful, authentic and delicious. The staff members were professional and generous with the cocktails (also included in the ticket price). We saw numerous humpback whales and a couple of sea lions. There was also a naturalist on board to help spot the whales and educate the passengers about these magnificent animals. Highly recommended.

Wild Cabo Tours was the only zip line group willing to accommodate our family that includes a very small 8-year-old (he's old enough for most, but not heavy enough). Their zip line course was even better than we expected. Most importantly, their team of guides was fantastic - especially with the kids. Thank you black team!

My wife and I took our 9 year old on the lunch snorkel tour on the Buccaneer Queen in Cabo. We took a taxi downtown and arrived at the check in point as required, the tour was scheduled to depart at 12:00pm and we arrived and checked in quickly at 11:00am. There is no reason to get there this early as all we did was stand around for an hour until we walked down to the boarding area at Dock 0.

The ship was pretty neat and there was plenty of seating, probably about 30 people on our tour so easy to move around. The crew was excellent and service was good throughout the trip. We sailed for about an hour to our snorkeling point where they divided snorkelers up into 2 groups (1 and 2), group 1 was for good swimmers that are fit and very comfortable in the water, group 2 was for all others. I fit into group 1 but stayed in group 2 as I knew my daughter would be nervous and scared if I was not in the water with her ( as expected, she was very nervous and stuck to me like glue). Group 1 departed first and then the rest of us jumped in with life jackets, snorkels, and masks (no fins).

To put it mildly the snorkeling was very disorganized and disappointing, there was no communication as to what the actual plan was. There was nothing to see under us (at all!) so we waited for a while expecting to be directed to something/somewhere once all snorkelers were in the water, instead it was a constant mess of people coming in and out of the water and a total waste of time. We eventually climbed back into the ship and then headed back to the marina.

The crew played some fun games with the group and made the trip back interesting and fun. Once we docked they put on a cringeworthy that I would describe as somewhat of a high school talent show combined with a really dorky high school play. I couldn't wait to get off the ship.

Also they had a photographer on board (he had a camera anyway) that was grossly overcharging for a few poorly done pictures around Lovers Beach. Skip this, there are way better options than paying $50 USD for 5 bad pictures.

Thank you very much for your comments. We are always greatful for any feedback to improve our services. We understand that being idle a bit before boarding while on vacation is not ideal, that is why we have La Terminal, the only roofed Marine Terminal in Cabo so you can wait comfortably while therest of the passengers gather, there's arestaurant and bar and the view is amazing, the reason why we ask to be there an hour early is to make sure everyone is on time. We are sorry the snorkeling was not what you expected; security is our number one priority and children must always be acompained by their adult guardians at all times when off the ship as well as remain within 30´of the ship since children are notoriously prone to grow tired and panic while in the water. Not ideal for sure but you can agree it is what is best for them. Our pirate show in the snorkeling tour is quite toned down from the sunset Yo Ho show; we will pass your comments on to our showrunners. Again, thank you very much for your comments and we hope in the future we get to see you again.

I paid a lot of money to enjoy a fun time with a lot of my friends to go on the “booze cruise” boat tour. Check in was at 11:15am, and we were supposed to start the trip at 12:30 and end at 4:30. However this was not the case, the boat did not show up until 1:15 and we didn’t leave until 1:30, an hour later than what we were supposed to. When on the boat there were a couple problems, we went to take pictures and they said we’d have 15 minutes to take pictures in front of the big rocks and cliffs in the water, we had 5 minutes. We were told we were going to be able to swim and snorkel for 45 minutes, not only did we stop where we couldn’t see the ocean floor, but couldn’t see anything but a couple of fish. And the 45 minute swim went to only 15 minutes until we were yelled at to get back on the boat. We then returned to the dock at 3:45. We were cut short almost two hours of a trip we paid a lot of money to go on. So to say the experience as a whole was “terrible” is an understatement. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hi anskibr, We pride ourselves on our guests' satisfaction, which is why we offer two types of environments for our guests; For the guests who would like more of a party atmosphere we suggest the upstairs where we have music, dancing and games. For a relaxed experience we suggest the downstairs with shaded booths and a quiet environment. We thank you for posting your review as we do care of all our guests and one unsatisfied guest is just as important as a satisfied one. Best regards, Wild Cabo Tours

You wouldn't believe how excited my kids were when they heard we were going on a Pirate Ship for a "Treasure Hunt Guided Snorkel & Lunch Pirate Tour." You can't even begin to imagine how disappointed they were when it turned out to be a jump in the water and each lunch tour. The only thing really pirate-themed on this tour was the Pirate Ship and how much they plundered from our pockets. The crew made a halfhearted attempt at a pirate theme with some cheap party city style pirate shirts, but that's about all. Have you ever seen a pirate wearing skinny jeans or board shorts?

Then there was the music. When you boarded the ship, they had some good pirate’ish music playing, but that only served to get all of our hopes up. As soon as we set sail, they had a “DJ” started playing disco music. My kids kept asking me when the pirate stuff and treasure hunt was going to start?

When we finally got to where we are going to go snorkeling, they said, anyone who was in good shape and a strong swimmer that wanted to swim for 50+ mins and see some stuff, raise your hand and come grab some fins. Everyone else can hop in the water next to the boat for a couple of minutes with no fins. Oh yea, and don’t go more than a few feet from the ladder or they start yelling at you. I asked, what about the rest of us who had kids and wanted to see some stuff, they said that wasn’t an option. They at least threw some bread in the water next to the ship to attract fish, but when it comes to the treasure hunt, well… I guess the part where they pass around a small treasure box and ask everyone for tips? My kids were pretty disappointed by this whole thing.

We took the whole day tour which started with the glass blowing factory where we watched them create a beautiful piece of glass artwork right in front of our eyes, then we went to a tequila tasting which was extremely informative then we headed out on the Cabo Escape for a cruise. Those that chose to could go swimming or snorkeling but we just relaxed onboard...a nice lychee and again unlimited free drinks included. A great way to spend the day!

My husband and I took the Wild Cabo double deck boat tour to view the Arch and to whale watch. This tour included breakfast and an open bar. We had already eaten breakfast at our hotel so we did not experience the food, but everyone around us had breakfast and said it was good.
They served a pomegranate water to all at the beginning of the tour. The bar was open and we enjoyed bloody Marys which were very good.
Our tour guide discussed whale habits and we were lucky enough to see several pods of whales. The boat was not crowded, probably due to Covid, and we were able to stay at the railing and see the whales unobstructed.
A photographer walks around and takes your photo at the arch. You are able to purchase at the end of the tour, but you can also take your own photos and there is no pressure to purchase.
We loved this tour and would highly recommend.

Had pre booked this excursion during the lockdown and hoped it would happen. Yes it did and was not disappointed. The staff friendly welcoming and always a fresh cocktail at hand. A few of the newbies to our group did go snorkeling and were given proper guidance and no alcohol prior. We saw quite a few whales on this beautiful morning. Our taco lunch was great and plenty to eat. Sanitation protocols were excellent and the Escape has a reduced capacity at this time so a large crowd was not an issue. The DJ had the place rocking.

The first morning of our vacation, the manager (Andres) of the pool bar/restaurant at our VRBO (Misiones del Cabo resort) sold the 4 of us (2 middle-aged couples) on this excursion. He offered us several different packages (different boats, with different amenities), and this was "the best one" (also the most expensive of the ones he had on offer). We all decided that'd we would "go big", but I had some reservations ("is this another Cabo scam?", etc.).

Fortunately, it was very nice! While I can't compare it to other similar "sunset cruises" (this was my first), it was quite enjoyable. It's a 3hr tour around "El Arco" on a large sailboat, with an open bar, charcuterie hors d'oeuvres, and dinner (surf n' turf) all provided. We had great weather (Early December), the drinks were tasty, the sunset was beautiful, and dinner was pretty good. During the cruise, a photographer moved amongst the guests, taking pictures along the way (available for purchase at the end of the cruise).

This was not a party-boat vibe (part of the reason we chose this one); instead, it was mostly couples or groups of older friends. I've given this a 4-star rating only because I don't have anything to compare it to (maybe there are better cruises?), but it exceeded my (admittedly low) expectations.
