Hi, I don't actually teach the class. I just went to the class. I'm sure they could accommodate your requests. Check the schedule of classes. They teach something different each day. If you have a private class, you can pick what you want to cook. The classes usually hold 10-12 people. Yes, you can have a private class. With casa de Colores, we were a private class of 6 people. It was not much more to make it private. I also took a class at a different place. It was more expensive to make it private. The personalities of the teachers was completely different. Casa De Colores is very serious. CookinCabo is the other class. Issi is the teacher. You start by learning to make a classic margarita. Then you can have another while cooking. Lots of fun. I hope this helps.
