Best Experience of My Life

The moment I checked into my hotel I saw a plane flying above and underneath the wings it read, "Cabo Sky Tours" - at that second I told my girlfriend I NEEDED to do this. I reached out and Ernesto was very responsive and we set up a 10 minute tour for the following day. My girlfriend was more nervous than I was and she wasn't even flying. Needless to say, Ernesto was able to calm her nerves by reassuring her how safe the flight was. He was the best pilot and human being for this experience. The flight was smoother that your typical American Airlines flight, and the views were magnificent. I teared up once we landed because I could not believe what I just experienced, truly one of the coolest things I have ever done in my entire life!!
Ernesto - thank you, and looking forward to coming back soon (but next time I will be doing the 30 minute tour!)!!

Fantastic Cabo Sky Tour

I did the Cabo Sky Tours with Ernesto and it was fantastic. He is very careful and methodical setting everything up and you feel very safe with him. He gives you and experience you will never forget. We saw a baby grey whale on its back waving at us and he circled over and over it, going very low. We swooped over rock formations and flew along the beach. He was skilled and kind.

Flying with Ernesto was an absolute joy! It is clear that he is an expert at doing what he does, and his expertise only makes the flight more enjoyable! The views of the cliffs and beaches are breathtaking and a whole new way to get to know Los Cabos. The flight is just a thrill, and not only is Ernesto an expert pilot, but such a friendly and charismatic person as well. I would HIGHLY recommend flying with him, and I surely would love to fly again with him in my next trip.

Amazing sky cabo!

We were looking for something exciting to do in Cabo as there are many things we came across, My daughter decided to do it first and after seeing her pure elation after finishing I thought why not. I have to say it was one of the best things I've ever done and I have done a lot of things from rappelling, rock climbing ,white water rafting scuba diving, etc This experience was like no other The visual perspective up there is jaw dropping The owner our pilot was Sooooo nice and gave us an amazing time You can tell he loves what he does! We were able to see many whales with their babies that you can never really appreciate their size (except when we swam with whale sharks) but from up there looking down on top of them was beautiful and amazing The experience is not scary at all for those who are worried Its calm, peaceful ,serene ,weightless and exhilarating all in one
Money well spent and an experience that will you will never forget or have anything to compare to. We did the 30 min which I would not do anything less as you are able to see the dunes,the arch, beaches, whales and if your up to it an exciting free fall drop!

30 Minutes You Will Remember ... marina, shoreline, beaches and ocean front property.

Want a quick adrenaline boost doing something safe and different? Get a phone and call Ernesto of Cabo Sky Tours. I have had opportunity to do this but just a few times in my life. I have finally done the sky tour now and say, "Do it here!" 30 minutes you will remember. No cameras while in the air though. A newer business, Ernesto answers the phones, books the trips, preps the ultralight, gears up the passenger with a jacket/googles/ear protection, provides a brief introduction to the ultra-light and reviews the safety rules for flying and then he is the pilot guiding a single passenger on a memorable flight over the Cabo Marina, the Arch, a resort or two and a few of the beaches in the area. When I realized we were heading for home, I just wanted to stay up for more. Excellent value for the money. Costs vary some what by weight of the passenger. I don't want to handcuff Ernesto on rates but I was $20 more than my wife! Ernesto has a partner who is cooking in the site trailer near the hanger. I had some of the best grilled shrimp here that I had anywhere in Cabo!

Amazing experience, MUST do!

Ernesto was AMAZING!! he was the pilot and it’s his own business which he has been doing for 30 years. If your in Cabo this is something you MUST do. Probably one of the most exhilarating things I’ve done in my life. You really get to appreciate Cabo and how beautiful it is with a birds eye view. He plays when your in the sky and it feels just like skydiving if not better. All around was an amazing experience and I would do it 10x over. I did the 30 minutes and it was the perfect amount of time. I saw 5 whale sharks and a family of them jump out of the ocean right under us. He took me 2 feet over the water. He was such a nice guy and you could tell he was passionate about what he does. The price is WORTH IT. I loved it so much my family then went and did it the next day. 10/10, I was debating on skydiving or this and this was by far way more fun then skydiving. When I come back I will definitely be doing it again!

YOU WON"T REGRET IT

For all of those people with a sense of adventure , looking for a great experience in Cabo, do yourself a favor and visit Ernesto at Cabo Sky Tours . Schedule a flight with him in his Ultra Light Aircraft. It will be an experience you will not forgot . You will be treated to views of Cabo and the Cabo corridor you can not see from anywhere but several hundred feet in the air. It is just awesome! Charlene and I each took a different trip . I went for a 30 minute trip over Cabo bay to the Arch then north on the Pacific Ocean to Pedragal, then up the coast to the Sea of Cortez to Chileno Bay then back to Cabo . We saw some marine life (a sting ray and several sea turtles). The AWESOME coast line of Cabo was in full display. The Ultra Light is a very unique aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and can fly very slow when necessary, very comfortable and you have an absolutely 360 degree of vision. Which makes it perfect for sightseeing. I am a bit of an aviation junkie and have flown in quite a few different planes. I must say I had more fun in this little aircraft then any other. Meeting Ernesto was a great pleasure. He has a very interesting life story and is TOTALLY into his profession as a pilot with over 20 years of experience. Do yourself a favor and do this. YOU will not regret it .

I would give 6 stars if possible! Ernesto was absolutely fantastic, very enthusiastic and energetic making me and my mother in law feel like we where family. The glider was very clean and purred like a kitten. The take off was smooth and the sights are unbelievable from the cozy seat. You really feel like you are flying and I could have spent hours up there. My mother in law spotted a pod of whales and I saw one as well along with three large Stingrays just off Divorce beach. This was something I wont scratch off my bucket list because I will be doing it again, however I will be taking the 15 minute trip next time! I would highly recommend this to anyone and even if you are a little apprehensive about flying it feels very safe and Ernesto does a fantastic job!

Amazing Experience

This was one of the top five most exciting things I have done (and I am definitely an adventurer junky).
I took the 30 min adventure ride and highly recommend it for the full experience, you might even want the whole hour as planning on join back.
Ernesto is fun and very experienced. I felt totally secured. We saw whales, sea turtle, and stingrays. Can wait to do it again. Ernesto thank you...Steve

Fantastic ride!

Great adventure. I’m a private pilot in “normal” airplanes, but wow, this powered glider experience is SO COOL. Hardly anything between you and the air and beach and ocean.

I felt totally safe and comfortable.

I did the 30 minutes tour because I’m considering this type aircraft for my next airplane purchase. I was enjoying the ride as a tourist but also observing technique and the equipment.

I asked for the extreme adventure so many times he pulled power and dove down over a cliff to just over the water. We went right over so many cruise ships and yachts. Very exciting tour!

Caught great look right over a HUGE WHALE.

Do this! Money well spent!

Thanks Ernesto for the ideas on my next airplane.
