Baja Travel made our round trip from the airport easy, even with a little bit of complicated logistics on our part. Their emails were clear and quotes accurate with no hidden costs, and they were easy to find right outside the airport. Martin, who drove us back to the airport, was terrific to talk to and he shared great info about the area with me as we were driving. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly for your airport transport.

If you've ever opted for the group bus or free/low cost hotel transportation, you've probably wondered why you didn't book a private car as you spent hours trying to get to your hotel. We always opt for private car now, both for comfort and for convenience. For around $200 round trip, we were picked up in an Escalade right outside the airport doors and driven straight to the front door of our hotel. We could pick temperature, music and they have plenty of tequila, beer and water. Our driver William was a younger guy but was absolutely amazing - great English, fun stories, pointed out interesting things and was a good, safe driver. Our airport return driver was there 20 minutes before schedule and got us right through and on time, once again in a nice newer Escalade. I highly recommend these guys - easy booked in advance and paid via Paypal.

The best communication. Going to another country can be nerve racking. However, the communication during reservation with Saul at Baja Travel was IMPECCABLE.
I gave Saul the following info…

I immediately received a confirmation on when & where they will pick up at the airport including departure time.
Please note: I communicated when my flights were delayed so the car is not wasting their time. Successful communication is two way street.
I highly recommend using Baja Travel to take the stress off your plate upon arrival. Cabo airport is a madhouse and numerous people trying to sell you things.
Be aware of “helpful” people pretending to help you find your car reservation. Please walk straight through sellers to outside. The driver will call you while you are in the airport to let you know who he is and driver’s arrival time.
You can also arrange a stop at a market of your choice (Costco, Walmart, etc) to stock up your accommodations whether you have a kitchen or not. Everyone needs snacks, water, & a few travel essentials.
I highly recommend buying a case of water. A bottle is approximately $5. Not how I want to spend my cash. Therefore, I took my own water to the restaurants.
Cabo Airport Departure: The worse in my global travel. Plan to get to the airport with 3 hours to spare or have elite status.
The bottom line is that Baja Travel is the BEST car service. Better than my UK experience.

We have been going to Cabo for years. We used to pay more money for less quality. Our resort (Corazon) started recommending Baja Travel about ten years ago and they have been outstanding. We now hire a suburban for two couples, round trip to and from our resort for $190. The drivers are friendly, speak english and offer many helpful suggestions. The alternative is a van for $20 per person, one way and you make additional stops with people you do not know. The suburban and driver are waiting for you when you arrive and have refreshments for your ride. Just walk out past all the salespeople and find your driver with your sign.

I pre-paid $180 on my cc for a round-trip, pick up drop off from the airport to the resort – resort to the airport. We waited 45 minutes for the vehicle to arrive at the airport to take us to our resort. It was not fun waiting in the sun wearing our winter garb to be taken to our resort. Particularly after getting out of lengthy plane ride. The drop off to the airport, however was on time and we waited less than five minutes to be picked up from our resort.

We have been using Baja Travel for our transportation to our resort in Cabo since 2019 and this company has been on top of the task as well as anyone could expect. Very dependable, affordable, and customer service is excellent. They will guide you through the "airport; time sharing capital" to meet them just outside the airport terminal. If you need to stop at the local store on the way, no problem! Need to get a drink before you head out of the airport....no problem! Highly recommend this company. Round trip reservations assure you will be well taken care of. Adios!

We had Saul pick us up at the airport & William pick us up at the resort & take us back. It was great both ways. We did stop at the grocery store for a few items on the way to the resort; we were allowed 30 minutes but didn't need all of it. Friendly, courteous, kind drivers! They're happy to be quiet or visit, whatever your preference. Same w/the music. We selected an Escalade each way & both vehicles were clean & comfortable & appeared very well maintained. We've used Baja Travel a couple of time & would recommend them 100%. They're worth every penny & we will absolutely schedule with them for our trip in 2023.

I’ve been going to Cabo for almost 20 years and the best transportation Company by far is Baja Travel. The are always on time the drivers are very helpful and respond to your needs. Booking is easy and convenient.

We use Baja Transportation every time we visit Cabo San Lucas. The drivers are always on time, helpful and tell us where to meet them and how to avoid the swarms of timeshare and attraction people waiting for you when you exit the terminal. Highly recommend!

Baja Travel Transportation provided excellent service from the initial reservation to the drop off location. Details of our car transfers were sent in advance and they even were able to accommodate a last minute change to our trip. Our drivers were friendly and arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their service and definitely use them again for our next visit to Cabo San Lucas.
