I found this place online. I was looking for someone to help me with an updo. I am a very picky person and was somewhat nervous, because you never know if your are going to pick a place with inexperienced or new providers (has happened to me many times). I was also coming from out of the country, so that itself can be somewhat nerve wrecking. I booked a few months in advance and everything was pretty simple. One thing I will point out, I was very happy that they were able to move my appointment to a different time without issues. Communication was fast and thorough. One thing to keep in mind they take payment up front and will not refund. So book if you are 100% sure you need the service. I was a little worried with Covid that something would happen, but thankfully I was able to go on holiday. When I arrived to the store front I thought I was dropped off at the wrong location, because the place is tucked away in a more industrial looking area. I was not expecting that, but once I walked in and met my coordinator I instantly knew this place was legit! Very professional and organized I respect that. The place was clean and had a beauty vibe for sure. I liked the products they used. Most importantly I was very impressed with my hairstylist! She was AMAZING! She listened to me and created something better than I was hoping for. She made my thin ugly hair look diva status! I got to celebrate the New Year feeling and looking good! I recommend this place and I will be back!

My daughter recently got married in Cabo this October and we want to send a BIG shout out to Suzanne Morel and her team!!! From start to finish, Suzanne Morel and her team managed to fulfill everything we asked for. We were extremely happy with the end result 😊. We worked with Andrea who was patience and attentive. Andrea and the hair and make-up team were not only talented, but impressive in the ability to capture the look we all wanted. The level of service was absolutely top-notch and cannot compare to past services with other organized functions I’ve experienced in the past. We don’t have pictures developed yet, but once we do, we will post some 😊. If you are looking to get hair and make-up done in Cabo for any occasion, we highly recommend Suzanne Morel and her team! We took a group trip to Cabo and 8 of the 10 decided to book massages which were provided in our Villa. Nayeli did a wonderful job confirming the services and time booked, even bringing in two more massage therapists (for a total of six). My husband and I had Mercedes and Jazmin, both of which did an outstanding job. So much so that I fell asleep!

When I first booked Suzanne Morel for makeup and hair for our wedding, I knew that we would be getting unmatched service and prompt communication. Andrea, the hair and makeup coordinator was incredible to work with and she made sure that every detail was captured. We originally had our date in 2020 and had to move our wedding multiple times and the Suzanne Morel team were very responsive and helpful in adjusting the dates and making me feel confident that everything would be fine. One the actual wedding day, the team was prompt and very accommodating. We added extra hair services that day and they kindly accepted everyone and got us all done on time. I was very happy with the way I looked as a bride and felt beautiful. The rest of my wedding party also felt gorgeous. I felt like the Suzanne Morel team really cared about how each person wanted to look and took that into consideration. I also want to point out that the prices are reasonable for bridal services and I really appreciated that. Very happy with the outcome and really recommend Suzanne Morel to any bride or anyone who is wanting to feel and look their best.

Amazing massages for our entire party of 10. I contacted Suzanne Moral to book an appointment for us a couple of months in advance. The ladies arrived at our villa early, got set up and immediately took amazing care of us! Felt so good we requested to extend our massages from 45 minutes to 60 minutes, it was their pleasure to serve us. Trying any establishment for the first time is hard. You never know what to expect. It had been a while since of us had received massages due to Covid-19. Staff were wearing masks and they sanitized their areas between serving all of us. I personally went in with stiffness and pain. It was a great experience to say the least. I was happy that I decided to book Suzanne Moral and her team. It is definitely worth checking out. You won't regret it!

I had my hair and makeup done by their stylist and she was wonderful! They accommodated me with my 9 month old baby screaming and running around. They listened to exactly what I wanted and also provided input when needed... Highly recommend!

I loved working with the team at Suzanne Morel. They were great at communicating and did a wonderful job of understanding my vision for hair and make-up on my wedding day. At my hair & make-up trial, they altered the styles for my rehearsal dinner so that I did not give away my look to wedding guests. They also gave great feedback taking into account my aesthetic for the whole event along with weather etc. They came day of extremely organized and were very flexible with last minute changes. They provided touch-ups right up until the event and also were an absolute pleasure to be around. Having them there took so much stress out of my wedding day and I would highly recommend this team!

I can’t say enough good things about this spa service! Our bachelorette group of 7 girls did a 60-min massage service and it was probably one of, if not the best, massage we’ve all received (and I’ve had a LOT of massages in the past). The masseuses and coordinator came to our villa early to set up and ask each girl what their preferences were in terms of pressure and areas to focus on. They even provided their own relaxing music to play on the speakers. All the masseuses did an AMAZING job, we couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards. They were so intentional and really got rid of our knots. Booking the services was also very easy and effortless. Response time via email was great and prices are so reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I used Suzanne morel for my bridal hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and mom. They were incredible! Our wedding was rescheduled multiple times due to Covid and they were always flexible and accommodating in finding a new date.I wasn’t able to do a trial which was incredibly nerve racking but they followed exactly what I was wanting. The team was friendly, efficient and did a great job! They also used high end products and assured I was happy with everything that they did. I would definitely recommend this business for any of your bridal needs!

One name....JASMINE!! I received the mat incredible facial from her. Her extractions were both painless and thorough. My skin was radiant and glowing afterwards. My friends said she gave them the best massage they've ever had and that's saying a lot considering they both receive massages on a regular basis. Second to none!
