We booked a private tour for our group of 5 ladies during our cruise port stop. I can't remember who our guide was, but he was fantastic. Explained how the area started and gave us great history of both Cabo and San Jose. We went to the Glass Blowing Factory, got there before the buses arrived and had a private demo. Then we stopped at Walmart - yea I know - but one of the ladies had left clothing in a drawer in our hotel in LA and needed a swimsuit. Our guide recommended a traditional outdoor restaurant or a newer restaurant for lunch. We chose the traditional one and we were thrilled with Herradero. What a wonderful recommendation - you won't be disappointed with the food, drinks or service. (chicken enchilada and margaritas!!!) Price is very reasonable. We had some time to walk around ourselves, then he dropped us off at a beach for a swim. The beach was way too crowded for us, so we had a beer at a open lounge while we waited for our driver to return.

We have been using Rolando and his team for 5 years and have never been disappointed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Rolando has become a trusted friend and we ALWAYS willing to help us with any transportation. He took us and another couple to Todo Santos and on another day to San Jose del Cabo. On both trips he provided history and recommendations that were truly memorable.

We love Cabo! We have two time shares there and we visit every year. We've been going every year with our children since 2006. They were teenagers then and are in their twenties now. We've been using Fun Around Cabo for about 8 years now and we just love Rolando! He's very knowleable and we have a great time wherever he takes us...whether it's a day trip to Todos Santos or La Paz...or whale watching or zip lining, it's always a fun filled day. Can't wait for our upcoming trip this January and touring with Rolando and Fun Around Cabo again!

We wish we'd known about Fun Around Cabo before we left on our trip.
After a couple days of random taxi drivers charging varying rates and a confusing experience getting from the airport to the resort, our concierge referred us to Rolando - owner of Fun Around Cabo.
We spent 2 relaxed but FUN filled days with Rolando. He took us to the best authentic Restaraunt's and shopping markets, The Glass Factory and Tequila tour which we wouldn't have known about without his knowledge of what to do in Cabo.
Another day he took us snorkeling and brought everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler of refreshments to all our snorkeling gear. We were at the same place the big group tours go without having to be herded around with other people to multiple resorts, crammed onto one boat and needing to be on someone else's schedule. It was a wonderful day.
They also do airport transportation which I highly recommend taking advantage of. Again you can start enjoying your vacation right away and up until the last minute since you won't be in a shuttle picking up and dropping off a bunch of other travelers.
Rolando's van is clean and comfortable and he was a good driver - we always felt safe with him.

My husband and I spent the day with Rolando as our personal tour guide in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Rolando is very knowledgeable and informative and he also tailored the tour to what we wanted to do. We did a glass factory tour, tequila tasting, lunch stop, shopping and the beach. It was a great sampling of both cities and he would have customized the day however we wanted. Rolando is a super nice guy which also made it a great day! We would highly recommend doing a tour with Rolando.

I am extremely well traveled, and have been a lot of places in the last 17 years including Mexico 7 times. In the fall of 2015, I decided to go to Cabo, and I could not find the perfect tour to the Arch. I wanted a tour that would allow me to walk on Lover's Beach and Divorce Beach, and most of them just drive by on a boat. I booked a Turtle Release tour, and the girl that worked there, Stacey, recommended I contact Rolando with Fun Around Cabo, and he offered customized tours. I am so glad she recommended him. I also ended up using him for Private airport transfers and could not have been happier. He greeted me at the airport and took me to the hotel. He picked me up for my Arch tour which included the boat over to Lover's Beach, and then we got to stay for a while and hang out before the boat came back to get us. And then we ended with some shopping time. He took me back to the airport as well. Every time he was early to arrive, and easy to find. He's very energetic and great attitude. If you are looking for more personalized service, and you want to know who will be with you in Cabo for all of your transportation and tours, Rolando is your guy! Highly recommend!!!

We hired Rolando Verdin for 2 separate days of private transportation. One day he drove 6 of us to Flora Farms and the second day he drove us to Todo Santos. He was on time, friendly & courteous. We will definitely use Rolando again...for tours, sightseeing or airport transportation.

Rolando has been driving me for over 4 years now. He is like family now and we have even gotten the pleasure of enjoying dinner with him and his family. At all times I feel safe for my family when Rolando is driving us or watching over my girls while we enjoy a afternoon in Todos Santos. He speaks English fluently and is just a great guy to spend the day with, or if you just need a ride from the airport. I would highly recommend using Fun Around Cabo for any activity outside your resort and all your transportation needs.

We love Rolando and consider him a member of our family. There is no one better to help you with your visit to Cabo. He even can provide appropriate car seats for babies and children. We have trusted him and used for over 10 years.

We spent a few days in Cabo in December of 2016 and were traveling to La Paz for some more fun. We needed a ride to La Paz and Rolando was recommended to us by our concierge as a better option to taking a taxi for about the same price. What we had hoped would be a bearable ride turned into a fun and informative adventure!
Rolando taught us about the infrastructure we were passing, history, landmarks, geology, and local flora and fauna. My husband and I both have backgrounds in science and were delighted when Rolando knew the answers to our questions! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Rolando speaks flawless English and is authentically friendly, and in addition to being perfectly on time he at no point made us feel rushed or hurried in any way when we made stops.
If we find our way down to Cabo again we will ABSOLUTELY be giving him a call and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone interested in a safe, fun, educational transportation or adventure experience!
