So much fun for kids

A must go if you have children. Great place to spend the whole day. Not far from San Miguel. Super clean and lots of space. Don't miss it.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The water was so warm, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I would kill to have something like this in the US- it's everything a water park should be! I can't express how much fun it was!

I have five children ages 5-15 and they all loved it here! There is a good size play area for the smaller kids and a few large, fast slides for the more adverturous ones. Several big pools alow for play and variation. They have BBQ areas to bring your own food and Bricketts for a picnic. They also have a... More

I think most people go to the places adults recommend if they don´t have kids but in all seriousness, this is a great place for any age. There are pools with slides for kids or the kid in us and pools for adults. The grounds are well kept and i´s been maintained well over the years

Our family were here visiting us over the Christmas and New Year period, 2 adults & 3 children, and Xote was a great place to spend many hours together. Not crowded like other water parks we have visited in the U.S. and so beautifully clean with lovely, well-tended gardens and many locations for setting up for a picnic or BBQ.... More

Xote is a typical water park like you would find in the U.S. A variety of water slides, a few bigger pools and kiddie pools, playground equipment, green lawns and tables for picnics (bring your own food!), a store and a restaurant are on offer. There is also a "bar" (just a palapa with a few tables and a TV... More

Fun for the kids and this grandma even had a blast going down the slides! The water is warmish, not as warm as some of the other thermal water parks in the area, which makes it good for a harder, more intense swim in their lap pool. The grounds are beautiful and there is a store with an exhaustive selection... More

Great for younger kids. Brought my kids and their friends here on several occasions each time we stayed in our home in SMA. Not something I would do as an adult however.

We went here in January so it was pretty cold in the shade, but the pools were lovely and warm. It only cost 180 pesos for the two of us, which I thought was a good deal. There were not a lot of people about, which made it for a nice relaxing afternoon in the water and a couple of... More
