We were on a roadtrip and spent an extra day in San Miguel de Allende. This was a perfect place to be lazy. it was winter, so there were very few people there...a good thing. Not sure I'd like it if it were packed.

They have a version of a sweat lodge. You have to make arrangements in advance. I have not tried it but plan on it for my next visit in March. Have a great trip!

The taxi out there cost 150 pesos but took a local bus back for 10 pesos, getting off at the corner of Calle Hidalgo, so just a 3 block walk to the Plaza Principal, with the garden and Parroquia.
