You cannot come to SMA and not go to El Jardin. That is where people go to be seen, to see the Parroquia, meet to go elsewhere, listen to music, watch wedding processions stroll by,see a parade etc etc. It really is at the physical...More

Went to SMA for Day of the Dead. The Jardin is very lively. You see the gigante munecas there, hear music, dine well, nice shops, and people watch.

Lots of American visitors and expatriates mixed in with the locals. If you go on Halloween take tons of candy the little kids are so cute.

I love El Jardin. It is just a beautiful place with artists and good restaurants. The air pollution is awful due to the cars without any pollution control equipment. It really had a negative impact on my asthma, but this is a lovely city.

Yes, there must be as I talked to someone on a rental bike yesterday at the Mirador. Just google bicycle rentals.

It is totally doable . The cobblestone streets and sidewalks are narrow but accessible
